तमापतन्तं संहर्तुं, सामर्षश्चेटको नृपः । मुमोचाकर्णमाकृष्य, सद्यो दिव्यं शिलीमुखम् ।।७२।। कूणिकस्य पुरो वज्र-कवच वज्रभृद्दधौ । पृष्ठे तु लौहं सन्नाहं, तदा तस्यासुरेश्वरः ।।७३ ।। तस्मिन् दिव्ये शरे वज्रवर्मणा स्खलितेऽन्तरा । भटाश्चेटकराजस्य, मेनिरे सुकृतक्षयम् ।।७४ ।। सत्यसन्धो द्वितीयं तु, चेटको नामुचच्छरम् । द्वितीयेऽप्यह्नि तद्बाणं, तथैवाऽजनि निष्फलम् ।।७५ ।। आद्ये रणे षण्णवतिर्लक्षा नृणां ययुः क्षयम् । लक्षाश्चतुरशीतिश्च, द्वितीये तु महाहवे ।।७६।। तेष्वेको वरुणः श्राद्धो, नागनप्ता ययौ दिवम् । तत्सुहृद्भद्रको नृत्वं, तिर्यक्त्वं नरकं परे ।।७७।। इत्यन्वहं जायमाने, समरे सैन्ययोस्तयोः । यात्सु स्वस्वपुरं नंष्ट्वाऽष्टादशस्वपि राजसु ।।७८।। प्रणश्य चेटकोींशो, वैशालीमविशत्पुरीम् । रुरोध सर्वतस्तां च, कूणिकः प्रबलैर्बलैः ।।७९।। (युग्मम्) अथ सेचनकारूढौ, कूणिकस्याखिलं बलम् । उपदुद्रुवतुर्हल्लविहल्लौ तौ प्रतिक्षपम् ।।८० ।। अवस्कन्दप्रदानायाऽऽगतं तं गन्धहस्तिनम् । न हंतुमनुगन्तुं वा, तत्सैन्ये कोऽप्यभूत् प्रभुः ।।८१।। तन्मार्गे मन्त्रिणां बुद्ध्या, कूणिकोऽचीकरत्ततः । खातिकां ज्वलदंगार-पूर्णां पर्णाद्यवस्तृताम् ।।८२।। रात्रौ तत्रागतः सोऽथ, गजो ज्ञात्वा विभंगतः । ज्वलदंगारगर्ती तां, नुन्नोऽपि न पुरोऽचलत् ।।८३।। तावूचतुस्ततः खिन्नौ, कुमाराविति तं द्विपम् । परेभ्यः किं बिभेषि ? त्वं, यत्पुरो न चलस्यरे ! ।।८४ ।। वरं श्वा पोषितः शश्वत्स्वामिनं योऽनुवर्त्तते । कृतघ्नोऽहिरिव स्वामिकृत्यनाशी भवान्नतु ।।८५।। इत्युक्तः सिन्धुरस्ताभ्यां, स्वामिभक्तधुरन्धरः । गृहीत्वा शुंडया स्कन्धात्तौ बलेनोदतारयत् ।।८६।। स्वयं तु तस्यां ग यां, दत्वा झंपां विपद्य च । आद्येऽगान्नरके धैर्यमहो तस्य पशोरपि ! ।।८७।। तद्वीक्ष्य सानुतापौ तौ, कुमाराविति दध्यतुः । क्रोधान्धाभ्यां धिगावाभ्यां, किमकार्यमिदं कृतम् ! ।।८८ ।। कृते यस्य कृतो देशत्यागो भ्राता रिपूकृतः । अस्मिंश्च व्यसनांभोधौ, क्षिप्तो मातामहोऽप्यहो ! ।।८९।। निहत्य तं गजं युक्तं, नैव जीवितुमावयोः । जीवावश्चेद्वीरदेवशिष्यीभूयैव नान्यथा ।।९० ।। (युग्मम्) तदा शासनदेव्या तौ, नीतौ वीरजिनान्तिके । प्रव्रज्यैकादशाङ्गानि, सुधियौ पेठतुः क्रमात् ।।११।।. गुणरत्नं तपस्तप्त्वा, संलिख्य च समाधिना । हल्लः सुरो जयन्तेऽभूद्विहल्लस्त्वपराजिते ।।१२।। गृहीतेऽपि व्रते ताभ्यां, पुरीमादातुमक्षमः । व्यधात्सन्धामित्यशोकचन्द्रो निस्तन्द्रविक्रमः ।।१३।। खरयुक्तहलैरेनां, नगरी न खनामि चेत् । तदा त्यजाम्यहमसून्, भृगुपातादिना ध्रुवम् ।।९४ ।। तथापि तां पुरीं भंक्तु-मनीशे श्रेणिकत्मजे । क्रमात् खेदं गते देवी, कापीत्यूचे नभःस्थिता ।।९५ ।। “समणे जदि कूलवालए, मागधिअं गणिअंगमिस्सए । राया य असोगचन्दए, वेसालिं नगलिं गहिस्सए" ।।९६।।
