वायु के शुभाशुभ फल
योगशास्त्र पंचम प्रकाश श्लोक ६५ से ७३ अब फिर बांयी और दाहिनी नाड़ी का विषम विभाग कहते हैं|५२७। वामा शस्तोदये पक्षे, सिते कृष्णे तु दक्षिणा । त्रीणि त्रीणि दिनानीन्दु-सूर्ययोरुदयः शुभः ॥६५।।
अर्थ :- शुक्लपक्ष में सूर्योदय के समय बांयी नाड़ी का उदय श्रेष्ठ माना गया है और कृष्णपक्ष में सूर्योदय के . समय दाहिनी नाड़ी का उदय शुभ माना गया है। इन दोनों नाड़ियों का उदय तीन दिन तक शुभ माना |
जाता है ।।५।। आगे इस संबंध में अधिक स्पष्टता की जायेगी। उदय का नियम कहकर अब अस्त का नियम कहते हैं||५२८।शशाकेनोदयो वायोः, सूर्येणास्तं शुभावहम् । उदये रविण त्वस्य, शशिनाऽस्तं शिवमतम् ॥६६।।
अर्थ :- जिस दिन सूर्योदय के समय वायु का उदय चंद्रस्वर में हुआ हो और सूर्य स्वर में अस्त होता हो तो वह
- दिन शुभ है। यदि उस दिन सूर्यस्वर में उदय और चंद्रस्वर में अस्त हो, तब भी कल्याणकारी माना जाता
- है ॥६६॥ इसी बात का स्पष्टीकरण तीन श्लोकों द्वारा करते हैं५२९। सितपक्षे दिनारम्भे, यत्नतः प्रतिपद्दिने । वायोर्वीक्षेत संचारं, प्रशस्तमितरं तथा ॥६७।। १५३०। उदेति पवनः पूर्वं, शशिन्येष त्र्यहं ततः । सङ्क्रामति त्र्यहं सूर्ये, शशिन्येव पुनस्त्र्यहम् ॥६८।। १५३१। वहेद् यावद् बृहन्पूर्वक्रमेणानेन मारुतः । कृष्णपक्षे पुनः सूर्योदयपूर्वमयं क्रमः ॥६९।। अर्थ :- शुक्लपक्ष की प्रतिपदा के दिन सूर्योदय के प्रारंभ में वायु के संचार को यत्नपूर्वक देख लेना चाहिए कि
वह प्रशस्त है या अप्रशस्त? प्रथम तीन दिन (१, २, ३ के दिन) सूर्योदय के समय चंद्रनाड़ी चलती है। उसके बाद ४, ५, ६ तीन दिन सूर्योदय के समय सूर्य नाडी बहती है, तदनन्तर फिर ७-८-९ के दिन चंद्रनाड़ी, १०, ११, १२ के दिन सूर्यनाड़ी और १३, १४, १५ के दिन चंद्रनाड़ी में पवन बहता है और कृष्णपक्ष में प्रथम तीन दिन (१, २, ३) सूर्यनाड़ी, फिर ४, ५, ६ के दिन चंद्रनाड़ी में, इसी क्रम से तीन तीन दिन के क्रम से अमावस्या तक बहेगा। वायु का यह क्रम सारे दिन के लिए नहीं है परंतु केवल सूर्य-उदय के समय के लिए है। उसके बाद ढाई ढाई घंटे में चंद्रनाड़ी और सूर्यनाड़ी बदलती रहती है।
इस नियम में रद्दोबदल होने पर उसका फल अशुभ या दुःखफलसूचक है ।।६७-६९।। . - इस क्रम में गड़बड़ी हो तो, उसका फल दो श्लोकों द्वारा बताते हैं५३२। त्रीन् पक्षानन्यथात्वेऽस्य, मासषट्केन पञ्चता । पक्षद्वयं विपर्यासेऽभीष्ट-बन्धुविपद् भवेत् ॥७०।। ५३३। भवेत् तु दारुणा, व्याधिरेकपक्षं विपर्यये । द्विव्याद्यहर्विपर्यासे, कलहादिकमुद्विशेत् ॥ ७१।। अर्थ :- पूर्वकथित चंद्र या सूर्यनाड़ी के क्रम से विपर्यास-विपरीत तीन पक्ष तक पवन बहता हो तो छह महीने
में मृत्यु हो जाती है। यदि पक्ष तक विपरीत क्रम होता रहे तो स्नेही-बंधु पर विपत्ति आती है; एक पक्ष तक विपरीत पवन चले तो भयंकर व्याधि उत्पन्न होती है और यदि दो-तीन-दिन विपरीत वायु चले
तो कलह आदि अनिष्ट फल खड़ा होता है ।।७०-७१।। तथा।५३४। एकं द्वे त्रीण्यहोरात्राण्यर्क एव मरुद् वहन् । वर्षेत्रिभिर्वाभ्यामेकेनान्तायेन्दौ रुजे पुनः ।।७२॥ __अर्थ :- यदि पूरे दिन-रात भर सूर्यनाड़ी में ही पवन चलता रहे तो तीन वर्ष में मृत्यु होती है, इसी तरह दो
दिन-रात तक वायु चले तो दो वर्ष में मृत्यु होती है और तीन दिन-रात चलता रहे तो एक वर्ष में मृत्यु
हो जाती है। और यदि चंद्रनाड़ी उतने दिन चलती रहे तो रोग उत्पन्न होता है ।।७२।। तथा।५३५। मासमेकं रवावेव, वहन् वायुर्विनिर्दिशेत् । अहोरोत्रावधिर्मृत्युं शशाङ्के तु धनक्षयम् ॥७३।।

In the Krishna Paksha, the Surya Nadi flows for the first three days (1, 2, 3), followed by the Chandra Nadi for the next three days (4, 5, 6), and so on, in this order of three days each, until the Amavasya (new moon). * **Bhavet Tu Daruna, Vyadhirekpakasam Vipariyaye | Dvivyadya Harvipariyase, Kalahaadikamudvishet ||**
* **Meaning:** If the contrary air flows for one Paksha, then a severe disease arises. If the contrary air flows for two or three days, then strife and other inauspicious results arise. (70-71)

**Verse 72:**
* **Ekam Dve Trini Ahoratraanyarka Eva Marud Vahan | Varshetribhirvabhyamekenantayeindau Ruje Punah ||**
* **Meaning:** If the air flows only in the Surya Nadi for the entire day and night, then death occurs in three years. Similarly, if the air flows for two days and nights, then death occurs in two years, and if it flows for three days and nights, then death occurs in one year. If the Chandra Nadi flows for that many days, then disease arises. (72)

**Verse 73:**
* **Masamekam Ravaveva, Vahan Vayurvinirdishit | Ahoratravadhirmrityum Shashanke Tu Dhanakshayam ||**
* **Meaning:** If the air flows continuously in the Surya Nadi for one month, then death occurs within one day and night. If the Chandra Nadi flows for that long, then loss of wealth occurs. (73)
