अशीतितमं पर्व चन्दनायैः कृताः सर्वैर्गन्धैराबद्धषट्पदैः । भद्देशालाधरण्योत्थैः कुसुमैश्च विभूषिताः ॥८५।। स्पर्शानुकूललघुभिर्वस्त्रैर्युक्ता महाधनैः । नानारत्नप्रभाजालकरालितदिगाननाः ॥८६।। सर्वे सम्भाविताः सर्वे कलयुक्तमनोरथाः । दिवा रात्रौ च चित्राभिः कथाभी रतिमागताः ॥८॥ अहो राक्षसवंशस्य भूषणोऽयं विभीषणः । अनुवृत्तिरियं येन कृतेपद्मचक्रिणोः ॥८॥ श्लाघ्यो महानुभावोऽयं जगत्युत्तङ्गतां यतः । कृतार्थो भवने यस्य स्थितः पद्मः सलक्ष्मणः ॥८॥ एवं विभीषणाधारगुणग्रहण तत्परः । विद्याधरजनस्तस्थौ सुखं मत्सरवर्जितः ॥१०॥ पद्मलचमागवैदेहीविभीषणकथागतः । पौरलोकः समस्तोऽभूत् परित्यक्तान्यसङ्कथः ॥११॥ सम्प्राप्तबलदेववं पद्म लागललक्षणम् । नारायणं च सम्प्राप्तचक्ररत्नं नरेश्वरम् ॥१२॥ अभिषेक्तुं समासक्ता विभीषणपुरःसराः । सर्वविद्याधराधीशा विनयेन दुढीकिरे ॥१३॥ ऊचतुस्तौ गुरोः पूर्वमभिषेकमवाप्तवान् । प्रभुर्भरत एवाऽऽस्तेऽयोध्यायां वः स एव नौ ॥१४॥ उक्तं तैरेवमेवैतत्तथाप्यभिषवेऽत्र कः । मङ्गले दृश्यते दोषो महापुरुषसेविते ॥१५॥ क्रियमाणामसौ पूजां भवतोरनुमन्यते । श्रयतेऽत्यन्तधीरोऽसी मनसो नेति विक्रियाम् ॥१६॥ वस्तुतो बलदेवत्वचक्रित्वप्राप्तिकारणात् । सम्प्रतिष्ठा तयोरासीत् पूजासम्भारसङ्गता ।।१७।। एवमत्युन्नतां लचमी सम्प्राप्तौ रामलचमणौ । लङ्कायामूषतुः स्वर्गनगाँ त्रिदशाविव ॥८॥
इष्ट जनोंसे सहित थे ऐसे समस्त विद्याधर राजाओंको भोजन कराया गया ॥४॥ जिनपर भ्रमरोंने मण्डल बाँध रक्खे थे ऐसे चन्दन आदि सब प्रकारकी गन्धोंसे तथा भद्रशाल आदि वनोंमें उत्पन्न हुए पुष्पोंसे सब विभूषित किये गये ॥८५।। जो स्पर्शके अनुकूल, हल्के और अत्यन्त सघन बुने हुए वस्त्रोंसे युक्त थे तथा नाना प्रकारके रत्नोंकी किरणोंसे जिन्होंने दिशाओंको व्याप्त कर रक्खा था ऐसे उन सब लोगोंका सम्मान किया गया था, उनके सब मनोरथ सफल किये थे, और रात दिन नाना प्रकार की कथाओंसे सबको प्रसन्न किया गया था ॥८६--जा अहो ! यह विभीषण राक्षसवंशका आभूषण है, जिसने कि इस प्रकार राम-लक्ष्मणकी
आचरण किया ॥८॥ यह महानुभाव प्रशंसनीय है तथा जगतमें अत्यन्त उत्तम अवस्थाको प्राप्त हुआ है। जिसके घरमें कृतकृत्य हो राम-लक्ष्मणने निवास किया उसकी महिमाका क्या कहना है ? ॥८६इस प्रकार विभीषणमें पाये जाने वाले गुणांके ग्रहण करनेमें जो तत्पर थे तथा मात्सर्य भावसे रहित थे ऐसे सब विद्याधर भी विभीषणके घर सुखसे रहे ||६०उस समय नगरीके समस्त लोक राम, लक्ष्मण, सीता और विभीषणकी ही कथामें संलग्न रहते थे--अन्य सब कथाएँ उन्होंने छोड़ दी थीं ॥६॥
अथानन्तर विभीषण आदि समस्त विद्याधर राजा जिन्हें बलदेव पद प्राप्त हुआ था ऐसे हल लक्षणधारी राम और जिन्हें नारायण पद प्राप्त हुआ था ऐसे चक्ररत्नके धारी राजा लक्ष्मण का अभिषेक करनेके लिए उद्यत हो विनयपूर्वक आये ।।६२-६३॥ तब राम लक्ष्मणने कहा कि पहले, पिता दशरथसे जिसे राज्याभिषेक प्राप्त हुआ है ऐसा राजा भरत अयोध्यामें विद्यमान है वही तुम्हारा और हम दोनोंका स्वामी है ॥६४।। इसके उत्तरमें विभीषणादिने कहा कि जैसा आप कह रहे हैं यद्यपि वैसा ही है तथापि महापुरुषोंके द्वारा सेवित इस मङ्गलमय अभिषेकमें क्या दोष दिखाई देता है ? अर्थात् कुछ नहीं ? ॥६५॥ आप दोनोंके इस किये जाने
ले सत्कारको राजा भरत अवश्य ही स्वीकत करेंगे क्योंकि वे अत्यन्त धीर-गम्भीर सुने जाते हैं । वे मनसे रञ्च मात्र भी विकारको प्राप्त नहीं होते ॥६६॥ यथार्थमें बलदेवत्व और चक्रवर्तित्व की प्राप्तिके कारण उनके अनेक प्रकारको पूजासे युक्त प्रतिष्ठा हुई थी ॥१७॥ इस प्रकार अत्यन्त

Then, Vibhishana and all the other Vidhyadhara kings, who had attained the position of Baldeva, and who were adorned with the auspicious marks of Rama, and Lakshmana, who had attained the position of Narayana and who were adorned with the jewel of the Chakra, were eager to perform their coronation. They came with humility. ||62-63|| Then Rama and Lakshmana said, "First, our father Dasharatha had crowned our brother Bharata as king, and he is residing in Ayodhya. He is your master and ours." ||64|| In response, Vibhishana and the others said, "As you say, it is indeed so. But what fault can be found in this auspicious coronation, which is being performed by great men? There is none." ||65|| "King Bharata will surely accept this honor that you are bestowing upon him, for he is known to be very patient and wise. He does not even entertain a thought of any kind of disturbance." ||66|| "Indeed, because of their attainment of the positions of Baldeva and Chakravarti, they have been honored with many kinds of worship." ||17|| Thus, Rama and Lakshmana, having attained the highest fortune, resided in Lanka, like the gods in heaven. ||8||
