पद्मपुराणे नराश्चन्द्रमुखाः शूराः सिंहोरस्का महाभुजाः । आकाशगमने शक्ताः सुलक्षणगुणक्रियाः ॥३३६॥ न्यायवर्तनसंतुष्टाः स्वर्गवासिसमप्रमाः। विचरन्ति सनारीका यथेष्टं कामरूपिणः ॥३३७॥
शालिनीच्छन्दः श्रेण्योरेवं रम्ययोस्तन्नितान्तं विद्याजायासंपरिष्वक्तचित्ताः । इष्टान् भोगान् भुञ्जते भूमिदेवा धर्मासक्तानन्तरायेण मुक्ताः ॥३३८॥ एवंरूपा धर्मलाभेन सर्वे संप्राप्यन्ते प्राणिनां भोगलाभाः । तस्मात्कतु धर्ममेकं यतध्वं भित्वा ध्वान्त खे रवेस्तुल्यचेष्टाः ॥३३९॥
इत्या रविषेणाचार्यप्रोक्त पद्मचरिते विद्याधरलोकाभिधानं नाम तृतीयं पर्व ॥३॥
चन्द्रमाके समान सुन्दर मुखवाले हैं, शूरवीर हैं, सिंहके समान चौड़े वक्षःस्थलसे युक्त हैं, लम्बी भुजाओंसे विभूषित हैं, आकाशमें चलने में समर्थ हैं, उत्तम लक्षण, गुण और क्रियाओंसे सहित हैं ।।३३६॥ न्यायपूर्वक प्रवृत्ति करनेसे सदा सन्तुष्ट रहते हैं, देवोंके समान प्रभाके धारक हैं, कामके समान सुन्दर हैं और इच्छानुसार स्त्रियों सहित जहाँ-तहाँ घूमते हैं ॥३३७॥ इस प्रकार जिनका चित्त विद्यारूपी स्त्रियोंमें आसक्त रहता है ऐसे भूमिनिवासी देव अर्थात् विद्याधर, अन्तराय रहित हो विजयाध पर्वतकी दोनों मनोहर श्रेणियोंमें धर्मके फलस्वरूप प्राप्त हुए मनोवांछित भोगोंको भोगते रहते हैं ॥३३८॥ इस प्रकारके समस्त भोग प्राणियोंको धर्मके द्वारा ही प्राप्त होते हैं इसलिए हे भव्य जीवो ! जिस प्रकार आकाशमें सूर्य अन्धकारको नष्ट करता है, उसी प्रकार तुम लोग भी अपने अन्तरंग सम्बन्धी अज्ञानान्धकारको नष्ट कर एक धर्मको ही प्राप्त करनेका प्रयत्न करो ॥३३९||
इस प्रकार आर्षनामसे प्रसिद्ध तथा रविषेणाचार्यके द्वारा कहे हुए पद्मचरितमें विद्याधर लोकका
वर्णन करनेवाला तीसरा पर्व समाप्त हुआ ॥३॥

Therefore, O noble beings! Just as the sun destroys darkness in the sky, so too should you strive to attain one Dharma, destroying the darkness of ignorance within yourselves. ||339||

Thus ends the third chapter of the Padma Charita, known as the Vidyadhara Loka, narrated by the Acharya Ravishena. ||3||
