अन्नपाननिरोधस्तु क्षुद्बाधादिकरोऽगिनाम् । अहिंसाणुव्रतस्योक्ता अतिचारास्तु पञ्च ते ॥१५॥ अतिसन्धापनं मिथ्योपदेश इह चान्यथा । यदभ्युदयमोक्षार्थक्रियास्वन्यप्रवर्तनम् ॥१६६॥ रहोभ्याख्यानमेकान्तस्त्रीपुंसेहाप्रकाशनम् । कूटलेखक्रियाम्येन स्वनुक्तस्य स्वलेखनम् ॥१६॥ विस्मृतन्यस्तसंख्यस्य स्वल्पं स्वं संप्रगृह्णतः । न्यासापहार एतावदित्यनुज्ञापकं वचः ॥१६॥ साकारमन्त्रभेदोऽसौ भ्रूविक्षेपादिकेङ्गित्तैः । पराकूतस्य बुद्ध्वाविर्भावनं यदसूयया ॥१६९॥ यत्सत्याणुव्रतस्यामी पञ्चातीचारकाश्विरम् । परिहार्याः समर्यादैर्विचार्याचर्यवेदिभिः ॥१७॥
धस्तेनप्रयोगस्तैराहृतादानमात्मनः । अन्यो विरुद्ध राज्यातिक्रमश्चाक्रमकक्रये ॥११॥ हीनेन दानमन्येषामधिनात्मनो ग्रहः । प्रस्थादिमानभेदेन तुलाद्युन्मानवस्तुनः ॥१२॥ रूपकैः कृत्रिमैः स्वर्णैर्वचनः प्रतिरूपकः । व्यवहारस्त्वतीचारास्तृतीयाणुव्रतस्य ते ॥१७३॥ 'परविवाहकरणमनङ्गक्रीडया गती। गृहीतागृहीतत्वोः कामतीव्रामिवेशनम् ॥१७॥ एते स्वदारसन्तोषव्रतस्याणुव्रतात्मनः । अतीचाराः स्मृताः पञ्च परिहार्याः प्रयत्नतः ॥१७५॥
अन्नपानका निरोध ये पांच अहिंसाणुव्रतके अतिचार कहे गये हैं ॥१६४-१६५॥ मिथ्योपदेश, रहोभ्याख्यान, कूटलेखक्रिया, न्यासापहार और साकारमन्त्रभेद ये पांच सत्याणुव्रतके अतिचार हैं। किसीको धोखा देना तथा स्वर्ग और मोक्ष प्राप्त करानेवाली क्रियाओंमें दूसरोंकी अन्यथा प्रवृत्ति कराना मिथ्योपदेश है। स्त्री-पुरुषोंकी एकान्त चेष्टाको प्रकट करना रहोभ्याख्यान है। जो बात दूसरेने नहीं कही है उसे उसके नामपर स्वयं लिख देना कूटलेखक्रिया है। कोई मनुष्य धरोहरमें रखे हुए धनकी संख्या भूलकर उससे स्वल्प ही धनका ग्रहण करता है तो उस समय ऐसे वचन बोलना कि 'हां इतना ही था ले जाओ' यह न्यासापहार है। भौंहका चलना आदि चेष्टाओंसे दूसरेके रहस्यको जानकर ईर्ष्यावश उसे प्रकट कर देना साकार मन्त्रभेद है। मर्यादाके पालक तथा आचार शास्त्रके ज्ञाता मनुष्योंको विचार कर इन अतिचारोंका अवश्य ही परिहार करना चाहिए ।।१६६-१७०।। स्तेनप्रयोग, तदाहृतादान, विरुद्ध राज्यातिक्रम, होनाधिकमानोन्मान और प्रतिरूपकव्यवहार ये पांच अचौर्याणुव्रतके अतिचार हैं। कृत कारित अनुमोदनासे चोरको चोरीमें प्रेरित करना स्तेनप्रयोग है। चोरोंके द्वारा चुराकर लायी हुई वस्तुका स्वयं खरीदना तदाहृतादान है । आक्रमणकर्ताकी खरीद होनेपर स्वकीय राज्यकी आज्ञाका उल्लंघन कर विरुद्ध राज्यमें आना-जाना, अपने देशको वस्तुएं वहाँ लेजाकर बेचना विरुद्ध-राज्यातिक्रम नामका अतिचार है। प्रस्थ आदि मानमें भेद और तुला आदि उन्मानमें भेद रखकर हीन मानोन्मानसे दूसरोंको देना और अधिक मानोन्मानसे स्वयं लेना होनाधिक मानोन्मान नामका अतिचार है। कृत्रिममिलावटदार सोना, चाँदी आदिके द्वारा दूसरोंको ठगना प्रतिरूपक नामका अतिचार है ॥१७१-१७३॥ परविवाहकरण, अनंगक्रीड़ा, गृहीतेत्वरिकागमन, अगृहीतेत्वरिकागमन और कामतीव्राभिनिवेश ये पांच स्वदारसन्तोषव्रतके अतिचार हैं। प्रयत्नपूर्वक इनका परिहार करना चाहिए। अपनी या अपने संरक्षणमें रहनेवाली सन्तानके सिवाय दूसरेकी सन्तानका विवाह कराना परविवाहकरण है। काम-सेवनके लिए निश्चित अंगोंके अतिरिक्त अंगोके द्वारा काम सेवन करना
