पुनः पुनर्जागरणेन सान्तराननन्तरायानिति तान् विलोक्य सा । विनिद्रनेत्रा जयगीतमङ्गलैरनालसा तल्पतलं ततोऽस्यजत् ॥२३॥ प्रभातकाले कृतमङ्गलाङ्गिका कुतूहलादेस्य पतिं प्रणामिनी । क्रमेण तान् स्वप्नवरान्न्यवेदयत् प्रसन्नधीरित्यगदीस तत्फलम् ॥ २४ ॥ प्रिये यदुत्पत्तिमियं वदस्यहर्दिनं पतन्ती वसुवृष्टिरद्भुता । सुदिक्कुमार्यो भवतीमुपासते यदर्थमास्थात्वयि सोऽथ तीर्थकृत् ॥ २५॥ किमत्र ते स्वप्नफलं निगद्यते वरोरु यतीर्थंकरप्रसूरसि । प्रपत्स्यते सोऽपि महान् महीयसां जगत्त्रये यत्तदवेहि कथ्यते ॥ २६ ॥ 'अनेक पोऽनेकै पलोकनादलं विलम्बितानेकपविभ्रमो गतैः । जगत्त्रये ते तनयस्तन्दरि प्रकाममेकाधिपतित्वमेष्यति ॥२७॥ अलंकरिष्यत्यकलङ्कध्धीः कुलं जगत्त्रयं चात्र जगद्गुरुर्गुणैः ।
गवां कुलं वा वृषभो वृषेक्षणाद्वृषेक्षणः स्कन्धष्टतिः सुतस्तव ॥ २८॥ महावलेपानखिलाननेकपान् करिष्यते सिंहवदुज्झितोन्मदान् । अनन्तवीर्यः स हि सिंहदर्शनात् महैकधोरोऽन्ते तपोवनेश्वरः ॥२९॥
है ||२२|| इस प्रकार बार-बार जागनेसे जिनमें अन्तर पड़ रहा था ऐसे पूर्वोक्त निरन्तरायनिर्विघ्न सोलह स्वप्नोंको देखकर जय-जयकार और मंगलमय संगीतसे माता शिवा देवीके नेत्र निद्रारहित हो गये तथा आलस्यरहित होकर उसने शय्या छोड़ दी ||२३|| प्रातः काल होनेपर जिसने शरीरपर मंगलमय अलंकार धारण किये थे ऐसी शिवादेवी ने कुतूहलवश पतिके पास जाकर उन्हें प्रणाम किया तथा रात्रिमें देखे हुए सब स्वप्न क्रम-क्रमसे सुना दिये । तदनन्तर प्रसन्न बुद्धिके धारक राजा समुद्रविजयने उन स्वप्नोंका इस प्रकार फल कहा - ॥२४॥
हे प्रिये ! यह प्रतिदिन पड़नेवाली आश्चर्यकारिणी धनकी वृष्टि जिसकी उत्पत्ति कह रही है, तथा दिक्कुमारी देवियां जिसके लिए आपकी सेवा करती हैं वह तीर्थंकर आज तुम्हारे गर्भ में आकर विराजमान हुआ है ||२५|| हे सुन्दर जाँघोंवाली प्रिये ! यहाँ तेरे स्वप्नोंका फल क्या कहा जाये ? क्योंकि तू तीर्थंकरकी माता है । तेरे तीर्थंकर पुत्र उत्पन्न होगा । यद्यपि स्वप्नोंका इतना ही फल पर्याप्त है तथापि वह तीनों लोकोंका परम गुरु जिस फलको प्राप्त होगा वह कहा जाता है सो समझ ||२६||
हे कृशोदरि ! तूने स्वप्न में अनेकप- हाथी देखा है उसका फल यह है कि तेरा पुत्र अनेकप—- अनेक जीवोंकी रक्षा करनेवाला होगा। अपनी चालसे हाथीकी चालको विडम्बित करनेवाला होगा और तीनों जगत् में इच्छाके अनुरूप एक आधिपत्यको प्राप्त होगा ||२७|| हे प्रिये ! बैल देखने से तेरा पुत्र निर्मल बुद्धिका धारक, तथा जगत्का गुरु होगा और जिस प्रकार बैल गायोंके कुलको अलंकृत करता है उसी प्रकार वह गुणोंसे अपने कुल तथा तीनों जगत्को अलंकृत करेगा । वह बैलके समान उज्ज्वल नेत्र तथा उन्नत कन्धोंको धारण करनेवाला होगा ||२८|| सिंह देखने से वह अनन्त वीर्यका धारक होगा और जिस प्रकार सिंह मदोन्मत्त हाथियोंको मदरहित कर देता है उसी प्रकार वह अत्यधिक गर्वको धारण करनेवाले समस्त पुरुषोंको गर्वरहित कर देगा। वह महान्, अद्वितीय धीर, वीर और अन्तमें तपोवनका स्वामी होगा अर्थात् दीक्षा लेकर कठिन तपश्चरण

Seeing those sixteen dreams, which were continuous and uninterrupted, with intervals in between, the mother Shiva Devi's eyes, free from sleep, became filled with joy and auspicious music. She then got out of bed, free from laziness. ||23||
In the morning, adorned with auspicious ornaments, Shiva Devi, out of curiosity, went to her husband and paid her respects. She then narrated all the dreams she had seen in the night, one by one. Then, King Samudravijaya, the possessor of a calm mind, explained the meaning of those dreams as follows: ||24||
My dear, this wonderful rain of wealth, whose origin is being told, and for whom the Dikkumari Devis are serving you, that Tirthankara has come and resides in your womb today. ||25||
My dear, with beautiful thighs, what can be said about the fruit of your dreams? Because you are the mother of a Tirthankara. Your Tirthankara son will be born. Although this much fruit of the dreams is enough, still, the fruit that the supreme Guru of the three worlds will attain, that is being told, understand it. ||26||
O slender-waisted one! You saw many elephants in your dream, the fruit of that is that your son will protect many beings. He will imitate the gait of the elephant with his own gait and will attain the sovereignty of the three worlds according to his desire. ||27||
My dear, seeing the bull, your son will be the possessor of a pure mind and will be the Guru of the world. Just as the bull adorns the herd of cows, in the same way, he will adorn his family and the three worlds with his qualities. He will have bright eyes like a bull and a raised shoulder. ||28||
Seeing the lion, he will be the possessor of infinite strength. Just as the lion makes the intoxicated elephants free from intoxication, in the same way, he will make all the men who are full of pride, free from pride. He will be great, unique, brave, and in the end, the master of the forest of penance, that is, he will take initiation and perform severe penance.
