प्रशस्तस्तिमितध्यानसुप्तमीनमहादः। बन्धानन्तरसंधानघातीन्धनहुताशनः ॥२१६॥ स्नेहानपेक्षकैवल्यप्रदीपोद्योतिताखिलः । देशको मोक्षमार्गस्य निसर्गाद् भविता भुवि ॥२१७॥ कालमष्टादशाम्भोधिकोटीकोटीप्रमाणकम् । धर्मनामनि निर्मूलं नष्टे स्रष्टेह भारते ॥२१८॥ स्वर्गापवर्गमार्गस्य मार्गणे भव्यदेहिनाम् । दिग्मोहान्धधियां धीमान् जातस्त्वमुपदेशकः ॥२ १९॥ जायन्तेऽभ्युदयश्रीशाश्रयो निःश्रेयसश्रियः । सांप्रतं भुवि भव्यौवा नाथ त्वदुपदेशतः ॥२२०॥ प्रमाणनयमार्गाभ्यामविरुद्धेन जन्तवः । त्वदुपज्ञेन मार्गेण प्राप्नुवन्तु पदं प्रियम् ॥२२१॥ प्रणन्तव्यः प्रयत्नेन स्तोतव्यस्त्वं हितार्थिनाम् । स्मर्तव्यः सततं नाथ जगताभुपकारकः ॥२२२॥ प्रणतेस्ते कृती कायो गुणिनो वाग्गुणस्तुतेः । प्राणिनां प्रणिधानेन गुणानां गणवन्मनः ॥२२३।। नमस्ते मृत्युमल्लाय नमस्ते भवभेदिने । नमस्ते जरसोऽन्ताय नमस्ते धनस्तकपणे ।।२२४॥ नमस्तेऽनन्तबोधाय नमस्तेऽनन्तदर्शिने । नमस्तेऽनन्तवीर्याय नमस्तेऽनन्तशर्मणे ॥३५॥ नमस्ते लोकनाथाय नमस्ते लोकबन्धवे । नमस्ते लोकवीराय नमस्ते लोकवेधसे ॥२२६।।
करनेके लिए मन्त्र हैं, द्वेषरूपी हाथीको वश करनेके लिए अंकुश हैं तथा मोहरूपो मेघ-पटल के संचारको नष्ट करनेके लिए प्रचण्ड वायु हैं ।।२१५।। हे स्वामिन् ! आप प्रशस्त तथा निइनल ध्यानके द्वारा जिसमें मछलियां सो रही हैं ऐसे महासरोवरके समान हैं, तथा संवरको धारण कर आप घातिया कर्मरूपी इंधनको जलाने के लिए अग्निस्वरूप हैं ।।२१६।। हे नाथ ! तेलसे निरपेक्ष केवलज्ञानरूपो दीपकके द्वारा जिन्होंने समस्त पदार्थों को प्रकाशित कर दिया है ऐसे मोक्षमार्गके उपदेशक आप पृथिवीपर स्वभावसे ही होंगे ॥२१७॥ हे भगवन् ! इस भारतवर्षमें अठारह कोडाकोड़ी सागर तक धर्मका नाम निर्मूल नष्ट रहा अब आप पुनः उसकी सृष्टि करेंगे। भावार्थ-उत्सर्पिणीके चौथे, पांचवें, छठे और अवसर्पिणोके पहले, दूसरे तथा तीसरे कालके अठारह कोडाकोड़ी सागर तक यहां भोग-भूमिको प्रवृत्ति रही इसलिए भोगोंकी मुख्यता होनेसे यहाँ *चारित्ररूप धर्म नहीं रहा, अब आप पुनः उसको प्रवृत्ति करेंगे ॥२१८।। हे नाथ ! आप परम बुद्धिमान् हो तथा दिशाभ्रान्तिके कारण जिनको बुद्धि अन्धी हो रही है ऐसे भव्य प्राणियोंके लिए आप स्वर्ग तथा मोक्षका मार्ग बतलानेके लिए उपदेशक हुए हैं ॥२१९।। हे नाथ ! इस समय आपके उपदेशसे भव्य जीवोंके समूह, संसारमें स्वर्ग लक्ष्मीके स्वामी तथा मोक्षलक्ष्मीके आश्रय होंगे ॥२२०॥ हे भगवन् ! आपके द्वारा चलाया हुआ मार्ग प्रमाण और नयमार्गके अविरुद्ध है, उसपर चलकर जगत्के प्राणी अपने प्रिय स्थानको प्राप्त करें ॥२२१॥ हे नाथ ! आप तीनों लोकोंका उपकार करनेवाले हैं इसलिए हितके इच्छुक जीवोंके द्वारा प्रयत्नपूर्वक नमस्कार करने योग्य, स्तुति करने योग्य और ध्यान करने योग्य हैं ॥२२२॥ हे प्रभो ! आपको प्रणाम करनेसे प्राणियोंका काय कृतार्थ हो जाता है, आपके गुणोंकी स्तुति करनेसे उसको वाणी सार्थक हो जाती है और आपका ध्यान करने से उनका मन गणसहित हो जाता है ॥२२३।। हे नाथ ! आप मत्यको नष्ट करनेके लिए मल्ल हैं अतः आपको नमस्कार हो, आप संसारको नष्ट करनेवाले हैं अतः आपको नमस्कार हो, आप बुढ़ापेका अन्त करनेवाले हैं अतः आपको नमस्कार हो, आप कर्मोंको नष्ट करनेवाले हैं अतः आपको नमस्कार हो ॥२२४॥ हे भगवन् ! आप अनन्त ज्ञानके स्वामी हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप अनन्त दर्शनके धारक हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप अनन्त-बलसे सहित हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप अनन्त सुखसे सम्पन्न हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो ॥२२५॥ आप तीनों लोकोंके स्वामी हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप समस्त जीवोंके बन्धु हैं इसलिए आपको १. बन्धानन्तरा संवरः तस्य संधानं धारणं येन धातीन्धनस्य हुताशनः । २. श्रिया क. ।

**216.** He is like a vast ocean, calm and serene, where fish sleep peacefully, having attained the state of *Samvara* (spiritual restraint) after the cessation of karmic bonds. He is like fire, consuming the fuel of karmic actions, leading to liberation.

**217.** He is the light of the path to liberation, illuminating all, independent of any external support. He is naturally the teacher of the path to liberation in this world.

**218.** In this land of Bharat, where the name of Dharma (righteousness) has been eradicated for eighteen *koti-koti* (billions) of oceans of time, he will re-establish it.

**219.** He is the wise teacher, guiding the souls seeking liberation from the cycle of birth and death, who are blinded by the illusions of the world.

**220.** Through his teachings, the noble souls will become the masters of heavenly wealth and the refuge of liberation wealth in this world.

**221.** Following the path he has shown, which is in harmony with the principles of *Pramana* (proof) and *Nay* (logic), beings will attain their desired destination.

**222.** He is worthy of being worshipped, praised, and remembered by all who seek their own good, for he is the benefactor of all beings.

**223.** By bowing to him, the body of the devotee becomes fulfilled, by praising his virtues, his speech becomes meaningful, and by meditating on him, his mind becomes filled with virtues.

**224.** Salutations to you, O conqueror of death! Salutations to you, O destroyer of the cycle of birth and death! Salutations to you, O ender of old age! Salutations to you, O destroyer of karmic actions!

**225.** Salutations to you, O possessor of infinite knowledge! Salutations to you, O seer of the infinite! Salutations to you, O possessor of infinite strength! Salutations to you, O possessor of infinite bliss!

**226.** Salutations to you, O lord of the worlds! Salutations to you, O friend of all beings! Salutations to you, O hero of the worlds! Salutations to you, O protector of the worlds!

**215.** There are mantras to control, ankushas (goads) to subdue the elephant of hatred, and powerful winds to dispel the clouds of delusion.
