पूर्वापरान्तयोरदरष्टाशीति चतुःशती । प्रमाणं भुजयोरस्य भागाः षोडश चाधिकाः ॥३९।। षट्कला मरतज्योना सैका सप्ततिरोरिता । चतुःशतीविमिश्राणि सहस्राणि चतुर्दश ॥४०॥ चतुर्दशसहस्राणि पञ्चशत्या तु विंशतिः । अष्टामिऔरतं भागा धनुरेकादशाधिकाः ॥४१॥ शतानि पञ्चविंशत्या सह षड्भिश्च षट् कलाः । प्रसिद्धयमिषुर्भाष्या धनुषस्तस्य भारती ॥४२॥ अष्टादशशती प्रोक्ता चूलिका पञ्चसप्ततिः । अर्धसप्तमभागाश्च साधिका भरतक्षितेः ॥४३॥ सहस्रमेकमष्टौ च शतानि नवतिर्द्वयम् । साधिकार्धाष्टमांशाश्च पूर्वापरभुजप्रभा ॥४४।। शतयोजनमानः स्यादुच्छायो हिमवगिरेः । अवगाहस्तु तस्यैव पञ्चविंशतियोजनः ।।४५।। योजनानां सहस्रं तु द्वापञ्चाशत्समन्वितम् । द्वादशापि कलाः प्रोक्ता विस्तारो हिमवगिरेः॥४६॥ चतुर्विशतिरस्याद्रेः सहस्राणि शतान्यपि । नव द्वात्रिंशता ज्या स्यादीषदूनकलोत्तरा ॥१७॥ पञ्चविंशतिरस्यैव सहस्राणि शतद्वयम् । योजनानि धनुस्त्रिंशच्चतस्रः साधिका कलाः ॥४८॥ सहस्रं पञ्चशत्येकमष्टासप्ततिरेव च । कला चाष्टादशैवारिषुरेषाऽस्य माषिता ॥४९॥ योजनानां सहस्राण पञ्च तानि शतद्वयम् । त्रिंशच्चूलिकाऽस्यादुर्भागाः सप्त च साधिकाः ॥५०॥ पञ्चवास्य सहस्राणि पञ्चाशच्च शतत्रयम् । साधिका न तो बाहू भागाः पञ्चदशाधिकाः॥५१॥ भान्त्येकादश कूटानि हैमस्य हिमवगिरेः । शिखरेऽस्य निविष्टानि पत्या पूर्वपरात्मना ॥५२।। सिद्धायतनकूटं प्राक् हिमवत्कूटमप्यतः । कूटं भरतसंज्ञं स्यादिलाकूटं ततः परम् ॥५३।। गङ्गाकूटं श्रियः कूटं रोहितास्यादिकं च तत् । सिन्धुकूटं सुरादेवीकूट हैमवतं च यत् ॥५४॥ कूटं वैश्रवणाख्यं तु पाश्चात्त्यं परिकीर्तितम् । पञ्चविंशतिरुच्छायः सर्वेषां योजनानि तु ॥५५॥ पञ्चविंशतिरेव स्याद् विस्तारो मूलगोचरः । अर्द्ध त्रयोदशाग्रेऽन्तः' पादोनैकोनविंशतिः ॥५६॥
बतलायी है ॥३८॥ विजयाध पर्वतकी पूर्व-पश्चिम भुजाओंका विस्तार चार सौ अठासी योजन तथा कुछ अधिक सोलह कला प्रमाण है ।।३९|| भरत क्षेत्रको प्रत्यंचा चौदह हजार चार सौ इकहत्तर योजन और कुछ कम छह कला है ।।४०॥ इसका धनु:पृष्ठ चौदह हजार पाँच सौ अट्ठाईस योजन तथा ग्यारह कला प्रमाण है ।।४१॥ भरतक्षेत्र सम्बन्धी धनुःपृष्ठके बाणका विस्तार पांच सौ छब्बीस योजन और छह कला प्रमाण प्रसिद्ध है ।।४२|| भरत क्षेत्रकी चूलिका अठारह सौ पचहत्तर योजन तथा कुछ अधिक साढ़े छह भाग बतलायी है ॥४३।। इसको पूर्व-पश्चिम भुजाओंका विस्तार एक हजार आठ सौ बानबे योजन तथा कुछ अधिक साढ़े सात भाग है ।।४४॥ हिमवान् कुलाचलकी ऊंचाई सौ योजन, गहराई पचीस योजन और चौड़ाई एक हजार बावन योजन तथा बारह कला प्रमाण कही गयी है ।।४५-४६।। इस हिमवत् कुलाचलको प्रत्यंचाका प्रमाण चौबीस हजार नौ सौ बत्तीस योजन तथा कुछ कम एक कला प्रमाण बतलाया है ।।४७-४८॥ इसका बाण एक हजार पांच सौ अठहत्तर योजन तथा अठारह कला प्रमाण कहा है ॥४९॥ हिमवत्कुलाचलकी चूलिकाका विस्तार पाँच हजार दो सौ तीस योजन तथा कुछ अधिक सात कला है ॥५०॥ इसको पूर्व-पश्चिम दोनों भुजाओंका विस्तार पाँच हजार तीन सौ पचास योजन साढ़े पन्द्रह भाग है ॥५१।। इस सुवणमय हिमवत् कुलाचलके शिखरपर पूवसे पश्चिम तक पंक्ति रूपसे स्थित ग्यारह कूट सुशोभित हो रहे हैं ।।५२।। उन कूटोंके नाम इस प्रकार हैं-१. सिद्धायतनकूट, २. हिमवत्कूट, ३. भरतकूट, ४. इलाकूट, ५. गंगाकूट, ६. श्रीकूट, ७. रोहितकूट, ८. सिन्धुकूट, ९. सुरादेवीकूट, १०. हैमवतकूट और ११. वैश्रवणकूट । इन सभी कूटोंकी ऊंचाई पचीस योजन प्रमाण है ।।५३-५५॥ इन सबका मूलमें पचीस योजन, मध्यमें पौने उन्नीस योजन और ऊपर साढ़े बारह योजन विस्तार है ॥५६||
