(b) Asadasa, the last point means that (b) has not been expounded here, but the later sutra elucidates the possibility of such combinations. The commentator himself accepts that the term "sadanam" has no meaning in this context. In fact, it is unnecessary, as it creates confusion regarding the form of the pudgalik bandha according to the Digambara doctrine.
In Sutra (36), two additional gunānshas are assumed regarding such paramāṇus. Here, the term "Tūdhmadri" is interpreted to mean 'pure.' According to the view of Pujyapad, the intended form of the bandha in this sutra is as follows: 1. Asadasa two sniḍh + four sniḍh; three sniḍh + five nishva; four sniḍh + six sniḍh... two rukṣa + four rukṣa, etc. 2. Asadasa two sniḍh + four rukṣa, etc.
Thus, according to the commentary on Sutra (36), the situation of pudgalik bandha occurring or not occurring is as follows: 1. Two additional gunānshas (a) in sadasa paramāṇus (b) asadasa, 2. Other gunānshas (a) in sadasa paramāṇus (not) (b) asadasa (not).
