The Tattvarthasutra 3 states that there are five types of stationary beings. These include those from earth to plants – time p. 1. 488; Prati 142 r. 2:31. In the interval – the soul remains non-nourished for three times. - Mava 7.1.26; Suyagada Nigutti 104. (30) It exists for only two moments. – Towva 115 [Dikshita, Jain Entolo, p. 87] 4.2 49 The nourished – the body is the result of the four beginnings. (49) Moreover, it can also be of the deluded-determined type. - Twaṇ 21.6 To speak correctly, this is not a matter of disagreement but a difference of definition. Furthermore, according to both Svetambara and Digambara, it is only of the four beginnings. And its use is inevitably of the deluded-determined type as well. According to both traditions, not all deluded-determined beings possess a nourished body. 5. 42 Tishka is accompanied by a Lishya. And dwelling beings have four Lishyas as well.
