માત્ર આકૃતિ આદિ બતાવી બીજાને પિતાની નજીક આવવા સાવધાન કરે, તે “રૂપાનુપાત; ૫. કાંકરી, ઢેકું વગેરે ફેંકી કેઈને પોતાની નજીક આવવા સૂચના આપવી, તે પુલ પ્રક્ષેપ.” [૨૬] અનર્થ વિરમણ વ્રતની ગતિચાઃ ૧. રાગવશ અસભ્ય ભાષણ અને પરિહાસ આદિ કરવાં તે કંદર્પ"; ૨. પરિહાસ અને અશિષ્ટ ભાષણ ઉપરાંત ભાંડ જેવી શારીરિક દુચેષ્ટાઓ કરવી તે “કૌન્દુ૩. નિર્લજપણે સંબંધ વિનાનું તેમજ બહુ બક્યા કરવું તે “મૌખર્ય'; ૪. પિતાની જરૂરિયાતને વિચાર કર્યા વિના જ જાત જાતનાં સાવદ્ય ઉપકરણે બીજાને તેના કામ માટે આપ્યા કરવાં, તે “અસમીક્ષ્યાધિકરણ; ૫. પિતા માટે આવશ્યક હોય તે ઉપરાંત કપડાં, ઘરેણાં, તેલ, ચંદન આદિ રાખવાં, તે “ઉપભોગાધિકત્વ.” [૨૭]
સામાયિક વ્રતના પ્રતિઃ ૧. હાથ, પગ વગેરે અંગેનું નકામું અને બેટી રીતે સંચાલન, તે “કાયદુપ્પણિધાન; ૨. શબ્દસંસ્કાર વિનાની અને અર્થ વિનાની તેમજ હાનિકારક ભાષા બોલવી, તે વચનદુપ્રણિધાન'; ૩. ક્રોધ, દ્રોહ આદિ વિકારને વશ થઈ ચિંતન આદિ મનોવ્યાપાર કરવો, તે “મનોદુષ્મણિધાન'; ૪. સામાયિકમાં ઉત્સાહ ન રાખવો અર્થાત વખત થયા છતાં પ્રવૃત્ત ન થવું અથવા તો જેમ તેમ પ્રવૃત્તિ કરવી, તે “અનાદર: ૫, એકાગ્રતાને અભાવ અર્થાત ચિત્તના અવ્યવસ્થિતપણાને લીધે સામાયિક વિષેની સ્મૃતિને ભ્રંશ, તે “સ્કૃતિનું અનુપસ્થાપન.” [૨૮]
