Chapter Sutra 19-32
315 Hīnādhi-kamān mān, 5. To use a counterfeit thing instead of the genuine one is termed as “Pratirūpak Vyavahāra.” [2]
Brahmatra Vaitnā Atichāre: 1. Marrying off someone else’s progeny out of desire for the fruits of giving a daughter, or due to affection, is termed as “Parvivāhakarana;” 2. If someone has accepted a courtesan or an ordinary woman for some time, then enjoying her during that time is termed as “Ivar Parigrahītāgamana;” 3. To enjoy a courtesan, a woman who has gone abroad with a husband, or an orphan woman who is currently not in any man's possession, is termed as “Aparigrahītāgamana;” 4. Engaging in sexual pleasure in an unnatural way or against the natural order is termed as “Anangakrīḍā;” 5. To repeatedly stimulate and engage in various ways in sexual pleasure is “Tīvrakāmābhilaṣa.” [3]
Aside from the vow of death: 1. The field that is arable and the residence fit for living is termed as “Vāstu;” after determining the measure of both, exceeding its limits through greed is termed as “Kṣetravāstu Pramāṇatikrama;” 2. To violate the measure determined at the time of taking the vow regarding shaped and unshaped forms is termed as “Hiraṇyasuvārṇapramāṇatikrama;” 3. To violate the accepted measure of cattle like cows, buffaloes, etc., and grains such as wheat, millet, etc., is termed as “Dhanadhānyapramāṇatikrama;” 4. To exceed the measure accepted for servants like nekar, chakar, etc., is termed as “Dāsīdāsa Pramāṇaprati-kram;” 5. Various types of vessels.
