Vivar applies to the members of the class, but in the Digambara interpretations, it also applies to the assembly of non-class atoms in the manner of a stated class. 4. Jaghanya + Chadi Adhika is.
5. Jatar + Sam Jaghanyatar is not.
6. Janyatar + Ekadhik Jaghanyatar is not.
7. Javeetar + Dhik Jaghanyatar is.
8. Jadhanyatar + Vyadi Adhika Jaghanyatar is not.
According to the Sarvarthasiddhi and others, Jadhanya + Jadhanya is not.
