Chapter 4 - Verse 11-20
Vijaya, Jayanta, Aparajita, and Sarvarthasiddha reside there.
Description of the types of heavenly beings: In the Jambudvipa, beneath the Sumera mountain, these beings inhabit various regions in its southern and northern parts, extending to countless locations up to 1,000,000 (one lakh eighty-four thousand) beings. Asurakumara primarily resides in the residences and occasionally in palaces, while Nagakumara and others primarily reside in palaces. Ratnaprabha has a thousand beings stationed above and below each in a segment extending to 1,000,000 (one lakh eighty-four thousand) measurement units, but the palaces themselves have only a thousand beings situated in segments. The residences are like assembly halls, while the palaces resemble cities. The palaces are round on the outside, square inside, and have floors resembling ponds.
All the palace rulers, known as Kumara, are so called because they are seen as beautiful and delicate like young boys; they possess gentle, sweet natures, and are playful. The symbols of the ten types of palace rulers indicate a variety of intrinsic properties unique to their paternal lineage from birth. For example, Asurakumara has a symbol of a precious gem in his crown, Nagakumara has a serpent symbol, Vighukumara has a thunderbolt symbol, Suparnakumara has a Garuda symbol, Agnikumara has a pot symbol, and Vayukumara has a horse symbol, while Stanikakumara... 1. "In the Sangrahani, Uddhikumar is assigned the horse symbol, and Vayumar the crocodile symbol."
