The distinctions, unity, subtle reasoning, the opposition of actions, the absence of actions, and their modifications are the states. (41) These are related to the non-attachment of the single body of yoga. (42) The initial state is the conceptual skepticism. (43) The second is the non-conceptual. (44) The reasoning comes from learning. (45) The deliberation is the transformation of ideas into meaning. (46) Right perception, the presence of the listener, the cessation of the unlimited, the dispersion of delusion, the pacification and cessation of attachment, the gradual weakening of delusion as seen by the Jinas, and the countless qualities of liberation. (47) The pure ones who are free from bondage—those who are immersed in wisdom—are the liberated. (48) They are to be attained through self-discipline, the embracing of scriptures, the pilgrimage, the marks of the Tirthankara, and the idea of the subtle. (49)
