(the first manuscript bearing go sign). Of them, the womanuscript must belong to the L.D. Collection preserved in the L.D. Institute of Indology. The to manuscript must belong to any of the three manuscript libraries established by Pravartaka Shri Kantivijayaji. The remaining five manuscripts have already been described.
17. Gacchāyārapainnayam: The four manuscripts, viz. ATO, 5o, ho and go (the first manuscript bearing go sign). They have been already described. In foot-notes to this tract there occurs o sign which indicates the printed text of Shri Vijayavimalagani's Gacchācāraprakirņakavrtti edited by Srimad Dānavijayagani (= Ācārya Shri Vijayadānasūriśvaraji) and published by Shri Dayāvimala Granthamālā, Ahmedabad, in 1979 A.D.
18. Sārāvalīpainnaya: The text of this Prakirnaka has been critically edited on the basis of four manuscripts, viz. go, go9, 92, and to go manuscript has already been described. The description of the remaining manuscripts is as follows:
This manuscript belongs to the Punyavijayaji Collection preserved in the L.D. Institute of Indology. It bears Serial No 1471. It has 4 folios, 13 lines per side and 55 to 58 letters per line. The copyist has left the blank portion at the centre of each folio to give rise to some design. At the end there occurs no colophon, yet on the hasis of the characteristics of the script we can easily assign it to the 16th Cent. V.S. Its size is 11" x 42". In foot-notes to this Prakīrnaka, there occurs € sign which means 'the corrected reading given in the 99 manuscript'.
9 This manuscript also belongs to the abovementioned Collection. It bears No. 5628. It consists of 14 folios. The first side of the first folio is blank. Each side of the folio contains 7 lines, rarely we find 8 lines also. Each line contains 24 or 25 letters. To give rise to blank design, the copyist has kept blank the middle portion of the three lines at the centre of each folio. The Prakīrnaka ends in the second side of the folio No 14. After that there occurs a short colophon by the copyist. It runs as follows:
iti śrīSārāvalīprakīrņakam // samăptań // likhitam ca Saubhagyasāgaraganina // Så. Śrīrangavsddhipa[tha]nărtham //
Though there is no mention of the year, we can assign it to the 17th Cent. V.S. on the basis of the characteristics of the script. Its size is 10" x 41".
To This is a copy prepared by someone on the basis of some manuscript. Muni Shri Punyavijayaji has obtained it. I have given the sign to to it. I have utilised it.
