However, complex terminology and many classifications in Jain scriptures can at times be distracting for a novice. This session will focus on the simplicity of Jainism and connecting the dots. Topics covered will include: relaxation, breathing, elevator pitch (describe Jainism in simple, coherent, and persuasive manner), core principles, and a short survey of Jain history, traditions, and practices. Focus will be on relating these to Jain Way of Life in today's North American life.
