स्ये शीतकरे गुणी समसुखी भौमे स्वदेशे वसेत् राहो यत्नविरोधनश्च विमना अन्ते भदेत् सिद्धिगः ॥१०२॥
इदृशानाञ्च महतां विरल जन्म जायते । पञ्चसाहसिके पूर्व कलौ वर्षे भवन्ति च ॥१०॥
यथा नभसि ताराच नद्यां वै सिकता यथा । एवं गुणगणांस्तस्य गणितु नैव शक्यते ॥१०४॥
गुणारामे यथा रामे प्रजा आसन्कृते युगे । कलाबपि गुणाम्भोधौ तत्र . . . . . . . च ।।१०५।।
कालदेशविपर्यासान्न्यूनाधिकफलमिदम् । का वक्ता तारतम्यस्य तमेक वेधस विना ।।१०६।।
इति सत्यसंहितायां तुलालानजातके कुञ्जरांशफल । शुभं भूयात् ।।
Recapitulation
I had already made a statement to the effect that the Satyasamhitā was not a work of purely astrological nature but that its author, Satyācārya, had a divine vision which also helped him in his predictions. 49 This statement though warranted by Satyasamhita itself 5. has an obivious danger of being misinterpreted in the sense that one should not be enthusiastic about undertaking the scientific studies of the horoscopes interpreted according to the Satyasamhita. The main purpose of this article is to remove such a misunderstanding and to inspire those interested to justify, on purely astrological grounds, the readings of the horoscopes done by Satyācārya in his Satyasamhitā. This attitude towards the Satyasambita will at least have a sure practical advantage of intensifying our studies and making them as comprehensive as possible. I admit, I had somewhat underrated, in the former part of this article, the serious character of the Satyasamhita.51 But after dispassionate study of the problem of Samhita branch of the Jyotish literature, I find I will have to revise my judgment.
The subject of the studies which I have presented here in this article is furnished by the Satyasambitā reading of the horoscope given below. With a view to forming an impartial estimate of the Satyasambitā, I intend to discuss it here in the light of my knowledge and experience as regards Predictive Astrology.
