________________ ( 22 ) from one another is the special form. There is only one thing which is held to be both common and special. Happiness and action are both common and special according to this view. Baudhas. (Followers of the Budhistic Philosophy.) They consider the knowledge of a Mechak stone to be one and manifold, the Mechak stone having five colours. Its knowledge is not one image. Charvakas (Materialists). They say that consciousness or life is the result of the combination of four elements-earth, water, heat and air, just as intoxication is the result of the inter-mixing of Kodak &c. materials. Their meaning is that earth &c., though different, have one common life. Mimansakas. (Followers of the Mimansa Philosophy.) They believe that the knower, the knowledge and the knowable are all included in one knowledge. "I know the pot.” In this sentence all the three forms of knowledge are included. This is tacitly the best indisposition.
