Son ! You have completed only eight Purvas till now. You can say that you have acquired just a drop from
the ocean.
Call
Sir ! How much is left
to study now?
These words filled Sthulabhadra with gloom.
By the time Arya Bhadrabahu, Sthulabhadra, and some other ascetics left for Magadh the study of two chapters less ten Purvas was complete.
Arya Bhadrabahu Son! don't get disheartened. said
I have concluded my higher
practices. Soon we will proceed to Magadh. I will give you the remaining
lessons fast.
