Cf. with this and on the last verse . 10. 27, especially verse 22: मन्त्र्य सुरभिः पयसात्मनः । जलैराकाशगङ्गाया ऐरावतकरोद्धृतैः ॥ etc. Note the syllabic repetition in the last line. 38. प्रचेतस् is the name of वरुण. As Nanda once entered the waters of यमुना out of time (or as भाग०puts it अविज्ञायासुरीं वेलां ), he was carried away by an असुर in the service of वरुण; but कृष्ण saw, got respects from him, and brought his foster-father back to the joy of all the गोपs. ( see भाग० 10. 28 ). 39. Pischel postulates a word of which is usually equated with a ption of रासक्रीडा see भाग ० 10.29 etc. 40. Are we to read पवंचिअविवंचिअं ?
