Letter from the Registror Bombay,
Sir,
University. No. 3694, Dated 13th April 1923. I am directed to acknowledge receipt of your letter No. 1465, dated the 11th April 1927, and to state that your letters of the 20th and 21st March and 5th April, 1927 are being circulated to the members of the Board of studies in Gujrati, and that they will be placed before the proper authorities in due course of time for clisposal.
2. I am to add that so far, no books of Mr. Munshi have been prescribed by the University Board of studies in Gujrati.

Letter from the Secretary, School, Leaving, Examination. Boards No. 595 dated 20th April,
Gentlemen,
In my letter No. 3694 of 192pdated the 13th instant I, as University Registrar, informed you that so far, no books of Mr. Munshi had been prescribed by the University Board of Studies in Gujrati.
As Secretary of the School Leaving Examination Board I may inform you that the S. L. Examination Board of 1926 the
first 20 pages of Mr. Munshi's ' Gujrat No Nath" as portion of the course for studies in Gujrati. The University Board of Studies in Gujrati had nothing to do with the prescription of this book as the S. L Examination Board had appointed Sub-Committee of its own to prescribe text books in the Vernaculars.

૪. બેલગાંવમાં પ્રચારકાર્ય—આગવા રીપોર્ટ મલ્યા બાદ શ્રી શત્રુંજય પ્રચારકાર્ય સમિતિના સભ્ય સ હિરાલાલ સુરાધાએ ખેલગાંવમાં તા. ૧૦-૧-૨૦ના રાજ શ્રીયુત વાય. એસ. આંકલે ખી. એ. એલ.એલ. ખી. ના અધ્યક્ષપણા નીચે એક જાહેર માપ્લાન આપ્યું હતું. જે વખતે સર્વે જૈન બાએ મ્યુટી સંખ્યામાં હાજરી આપી હતી. ગભર ભાઇએને પણ ખાસ આગ્રહપૂર્વક ખેલાવવામાં આાવ્યા હતા અને આશરે એક હજાર માધ્યુસ એકઠાં કર્યાં હતાં. શ્રી
શ્રી શત્રુંજય સંબંધી તમામ માહિતિ આપવામાં આવી હતી અને પાલિતાણા દરબાર તથા જૈન કામ વચ્ચેના ચાલતા ઝઘડા સબંધીની સંપૂર્ણ હકીકતેા કહી સંભલાવતાં તમામ જાએ એફત્ર થવા ભલામણ કરી હતી. તેમજ બ્રિટિશ સરકારે આ બાબતમાં વચ્ચે પડી આા ધાર્મિક ઝઘડાના સંતાજ કારક નિવેડા લાવવાની આવશ્યક્તા બતાવી હતી અને સર્વાનુમતે હરાવëચેછમાં પસાર કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
