5.1.2 Co-sponsors should have means to lend active support as partners and such support to include financial help. publicity, personal and organizational leadership. Co-sponsors should possess a measure of stability and standing in their communities.
5.1.3 Co-sponsors should work together for the benefit of the human race and the planet we inhabit. Co-sponsors should respect the right of others. cooperate and understand rather than convince and convert.
5.1.4 Co-sponsors must be nominated by atleast three existing co-sponsors. or three members of the Board of Directors and approved by the council's Board of Directors.
5.2 Individual Registration
5.2.1. Full Registration (excludes meals and accomodations but includes all sessions of the Parliament (including seminars and workshops, preferntial access to plenary events open to public. For a few events, seating is limited and tickets will be issued on first-come, first-served basis. There may be admission charge for some off-site events, exhibits, and for postparliament retreats).
US$ 350 after June 1, 1993
Costs: US$200 before June 1,1993 Youths under age 18 accompanied by an adult with full registration may register for half the above amount.
5.2.2 Family Regsitration
Costs: US$350 before June 1,1993
For couples and/or parent(s) with children
5.2.3 Three-day Registration
US$500 after June 1, 1993
Costs: US$200 to include all the benefits of a full registration but limited to any three consecutive days of parliament.
5.2.4. One-day Registration
Costs: US$75 to include benefits of a full registration but limited to any one day of the parliament.
5.3 A limited number of half-price registrations will be available to persons without income.
