REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration for the convention begins on February 1, 2000. The registration form is available in several locations:

Based on experience and feedback from past convention attendees, the YJA Executive Board has decided to reorganize the registration process to ensure Convention 2000 is a rewarding experience. Six categories have been designated based on age and gender. There will be approximately equal numbers of each gender in the following age groups: 14 - 17, 18 – 21, and 22 – 29. Attendees will be distributed geographically as well; this will ensure that Jains are represented in an equal manner. The registration committee will collect all applications sent in with a postmark no earlier than February 1st and no later than March 7th. After the initial collection period, if a category has more than its allocated applications, spaces will be filled by the earliest postmarked applications. Therefore, it will still be advantageous to send in your application as early as possible. Subsequent to March 7th, all remaining spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
