That Yaksha Sarvanubhuti, seated on a divine elephant wanders through the skylines. This Yaksha, with his bright and beautiful eyes is one I would also like to worship. 17. KALYAN KANDAM (This sutra pays homage to the five Tirthankaras in the first verse, all the Tirthankaras in the second verse and the knowledge of scripture in the third verse. In the last verse, however, the poet praises the Goddess of knowledge and prays for peace and welfare). The First Jina is the root of all bliss, Then comes Shantinath and Neminath Prabhu The pious Parsva lights the universe, I bow to them and Vardhamana Jina too. This sea of sansara is limitless but, You have crossed and attained peace. Great and brave are the Tirthankaras Who are the roots of the tree of all knowledge. On the path leading to moksha, Thou art the chariot and the guide. Leader of the three worlds, Thou hast destroyed the false pride. Flower in one hand and the book in another, Seated on a louts snow-white. She is the one, Goddess of knowledge, May she bring the true delight. 45
