________________ Shri Mahavir Jain Aradhana Kendra www.kobatirth.org Acharya Shri Kailassagarsuri Gyanmandir separately. This work being composed on the basis of the Descriptive Catalogne of Manuscripts in H. H. The Maharaja's Palace Library, the identical portions in each work have not been reiterated, but only referred to. The Government of Travancore have been invariably lending their generous support to this Department ever since its inception as is amply borne out by the publication of this Catalogue as well and I deem myself fortunate by the permission kindly accorded to me to associate myself with the ensuing Session of the All-India Oriental Conference by the presentation of these Descriptive Catalogues. A list of abbreviations and a detailed table of contents are appended to the work with a view to facilitate reference. Any suggestions from scholars on the rectification of defects will warmly be received and incorporated in a separate appendix at the close of the Catalogue. Acknowledging with gratitude my deep indebtedress to Rao Sahib Mahakavi Ullur S. Paramesvara Aiyar for the invaluable suggestions given to me time and again and extending my most cordial thanks to all the Pandits in my Office for their promptness and zeal to act up to my instructions, I place this work before the enlightened public.
