JAIN DIKSHA Bhagwati diksha was accorded by Shri Virag Sagar Ji maharaj, belonging to Digambar sect at Jain Teerth, Shri Girnar Ji to seven aspirants on the 8th March, 2009. Various formal functions and worships were conducted on the two previous days. The newly christened saints were named as: (1). S. Shri Vishwavibhu Sagar ji (2) Vidambar Sagar Ji (3) Vibhaswar Sagar ji, (4) Vishwalokesh Sagar Ji, (5)Vishwateerth Sagar Ji (6) Vishwamitra Sagar Ji and (7) Vimal Bhaiya Ji.

Mahasati Shri Umraon Kanwar Ji Maharaj 'Archana', belonging to Shwetambar Sthanakwasi Shraman Sangh and disciple of late Shri Mishrimal Ji maharaj, breathed her last at Ajmer on the 22nd April, 2009 after a prolonged illness. The entire Sthanakwasi Jain community was shocked to learn about her sad demise. Devotees from all over the country rushed to Ajmer to have her last darshan, to pay homage to their most revered sadhwi and to participate in the funeral procession which was taken out on the 23rd April through the streets of Ajmer. Condolence meetings were held in various towns of Rajasthan and elsewhere to pay homage to her on getting the news of her devlok . At Ajmer, it was decided by 'Manav Seva Sansthan', a religious institution, that a befitting memorial will be built in Ajmer in her memory at a cost of Rs. 5 crores. It will be named as "Archana Dham" and it will house a hostel for Jain students, a vradhhashram (Old men's home), Yoga sadhna Kendra, Dharmshala, Paushadhshala, Pravachan hall and sthanak.

santhara' on the 16th March, 2009 at Jaipur. He then took a vow of silence (Maun vrat) on the 20th March. After 5 days, he left for his heavenly abode, leaving all the worldly chores after the mid-night of 25th March. His body was kept for darshan in the morning
