उतारकर, पार्श्व स्वयमेव पंचमुष्टि लुंचन करते हैं। पंचमुष्टि लोच कर, पानी-रहित अष्टम भक्त (तेला) किये हुए, विशाखा नक्षत्र का योग प्राने पर, एक देवदूष्य वस्त्र को ग्रहण कर, तीन सौ पुरुषों के साथ मण्डित होकर, गृहवास त्याग कर अनगारत्व स्वीकार करते हैं।
