सिद्धान्त-शब्द-परिभाषा
अनगामी अवधि- जो अवधिज्ञान जिस भव और जिस क्षेत्रमें उत्पन्न हो उससे दूसरे भव और दूसरे क्षेत्रमें
साथ जावे, उसे अनुगामी अवधिज्ञान कहते हैं । अनुभागबन्ध-बंधनेवाली कर्मप्रकृतियोंके भीतर सुख-दुःखादिके फल देनेकी जो शक्ति पड़ती है, उसे अनुभाग
बन्ध कहते हैं । अनभागबन्धाध्यवसायस्थान- अनुभागबन्धके कारणभूत परिणामोंके स्थानोंको अनुभागबन्धाध्यवसायस्थान ।
कहते हैं। अन्तर्मुहूर्त- आवलीसे ऊपर और मुहूर्तसे नीचेके कालको अन्तर्मुहुर्त कहते हैं। अन्तःकोडाकोडी- कोटिसे ऊपर और कोटाकोटिसे नीचेके मध्यवर्ती कालको अन्तःकोडाकोडी कहते हैं। अपक्रमणकाल-विवक्षित जीवराशि जितने समय तक लगातार उत्पन्न न हो, उतने कालको अपक्रमणकाल
___ कहते हैं। अपर्याप्तनिर्वृति- अपर्याप्त जीवोंके योग्य अपर्याप्तियोंकी निर्वृतिको अपर्याप्तनिर्वृति कहते हैं। अपर्याप्ति- पर्याप्तियोंकी अर्धनिष्पन्न अवस्थाको अर्थात् अपूर्णताको अपर्याप्ति कहते हैं। अपोहा- जिसके द्वारा संशयके कारणभूत विकल्पका निराकरण किया जाता है, ऐसे ईहाज्ञानको अपोहा कहते हैं। अभ्याख्यान- कषायके वशीभूत होकर अनिष्ट वचन कहनेको तथा असद्भूत दोषोंके उद्भावनको अभ्याख्यान ___ कहते हैं । अरंजन- एक विशेष जातिका मिट्टीका पात्र । अर्धपुद्गलपरिवर्तन- एक पुद्गलपरिवर्तनमें जितना समय लगता है, उसके आधे समयको अर्धपुद्गलपरिवर्तन
कहते हैं । अर्धपुद्गलपरिवर्तनका काल भी अनन्त वर्ष प्रमाण है। अवग्रह- जिसके द्वारा घटादि पदार्थ जाननेके लिए ग्रहण किये जावें, ऐसे ज्ञानको अवग्रह कहते हैं । अवधान- अन्य पदार्थोंसे भिन्न करके विवक्षित पदार्थके जाननेको अवधान कहते हैं। यह अवग्रहज्ञानका
पर्यायवाची नाम है। अवलम्बना- जो ज्ञान अपनी उत्पत्तिके लिए इन्द्रियादिका अवलम्बन लेता है, ऐसे अवग्रहज्ञानका दूसरा नाम
अवलम्बना भी है। अवलम्बनाकरण- उपरितन स्थितिमें स्थित द्रव्यका अपकर्षण करके अधस्तन स्थितिमें निक्षेपण करनेको
अवलम्बनाकरण कहते हैं । अवसर्पिणीकाल- जिस कालमें जीवोंकी आयु, बल, बुद्धि और शरीरकी उंचाई आदि उत्तरोत्तर घटती
जावे, उसे अवसर्पिणीकाल कहते हैं। अपहारकाल-विवक्षित जीवराशि जितने कालके द्वारा अपहृत हो सकती है उतने कालका नाम अवहारकाल
है। यथा- सासादनसम्यग्दृष्टिसे लेकर संयतासंयत गुणस्थान पर्यन्त प्रत्येक जीवराशि पल्योपमके असंख्यातवें भाग है। इनके द्वारा पल्योपम अन्तर्महूर्त कालसे अपहृत होता है। अतः इन पांचोंका अवहारकाल अन्तर्महर्त मात्र है, जो अंकसंदष्टि में क्रमसे ३२, १६, ४ और १२८ अंक प्रमाण तथा
पल्योपम ६५५३६ अंक प्रमाण है । अवाय-ईहाके द्वारा जाने हए पदार्थके निश्चय करनेको अवाय कहते हैं।
