नामकर्म तिर्यग्गति सम्बन्धी उक्त पांच बन्धस्थानोंमें यह द्वितीय पच्चीसप्रकृतिक बन्धस्थान है - तिर्यग्गति; द्वीन्द्रियजाति, त्रीन्द्रियजाति, चतुरिन्द्रियजाति और पंचेन्द्रियजाति इन चार जातियोंमें से कोई एक; औदारिकशरीर, तैजसशरीर, कार्मणशरीर, हुण्डसंस्थान, औदारिकशरीरांगोपांग, असंप्राप्तासृपाटिकाशरीरसंहनन, वर्ण, गन्ध, रस, स्पर्श, तिर्यग्गतिप्रायोग्यानुपूर्वी, अगुरुअलघु, उपघात, त्रस, बादर, अपर्याप्त, प्रत्येकशरीर, अस्थिर, अशुभ, दुर्भग, अनादेय, अयशःकीर्ति और निर्माण नामकर्म; इन द्वितीय पच्चीस प्रकृतियोंका एक ही भावमें अवस्थान है || ८० ॥
यहां द्वीन्द्रिय आदि चार जातिप्रकृतियोंके विकल्पसे चार ( ४ ) भंग होते हैं | तिरिक्खगदिं तस-अपज्जत्तसंजुत्तं बंधमाणस्स तं मिच्छादिट्ठिस्स ॥ ८१ ॥ वह द्वितीय पच्चीसप्रकृतिक बन्धस्थान त्रस और अपर्याप्त नामकर्मसे संयुक्त तिर्यग्गतिको बांधनेवाले मिथ्यादृष्टि जीवके होता है ॥ ८१ ॥

तत्थ इमं तेवीसाए द्वाणं- तिरिक्खगदी एइंदियजादी ओरालिय- तेजा - कम्मइयसरीरं हुंडठाणं वण्ण-गंध-रस- फार्स तिरिक्खगदिपाओग्गाणुपुब्बी अगुरुअलहुअ-उवघाद - थावरं बादर-सुहुमाणमेकदरं अपज्जत्तं पत्तेय - साधारणसरीराणमेक्कदरं अथिर- असुह- दुहव-अणादेज्जअजसकित्तिणिमिणं, एदासिं तेवीसाए पयडीणमेक्कम्हि चैव द्वाणं ॥ ८२ ॥
नामकर्मके तिर्यग्गति सम्बन्धी उक्त पांच बन्धस्थानोंमें यह तेवीसप्रकृतिक बन्धस्थान हैतिर्यग्गति, एकेन्द्रियजाति, औदारिकशरीर, तैजसशरीर, कार्मणशरीर, हुण्डसंस्थान, वर्ण, गन्ध, रस, स्पर्श, तिर्यग्गतिप्रायोग्यानुपूर्वी, अगुरुअलघु, उपघात, स्थावर, बादर और सूक्ष्म इन दोनोंमेंसे कोई एक, अपर्याप्त, प्रत्येकशरीर और साधारणशरीर इन दोनोंमेंसे कोई एक, अस्थिर, अशुभ, दुर्भग, अनादेय, अयशःकीर्ति और निर्माण नामकर्म; इन तेवीस प्रकृतियोंका एक ही भावमें अवस्थान है | यहां पर बादर-सूक्ष्म और प्रत्येक व साधारणसरीर इन दो युगलों के विकल्पसे (२x२=४) चार भंग होते हैं ।
तिरिक्खगर्दि एइंदिय- अपज्जत्त- बादर-सुहुमाणमेक्कदरसंजुत्तं बंधमाणस्स तं मिच्छादिट्ठिस्स || ८३ ॥
यह तेवीसप्रकृतिक बन्धस्थान एकेन्द्रियजाति, अपर्याप्त तथा बादर और सूक्ष्म इन दोनोंमेंसे किसी एकसे संयुक्त तिर्यग्गतिको बांधनेवाले मिथ्यादृष्टि जीवके होता है ॥ ८३ ॥ मणुगदिणामा तिणि ट्ठाणाणि - तीसाए एगूणतीसाए पणुवीसाए द्वाणं चेदि ॥ मनुष्यगति नामकर्मके तीन बन्धस्थान हैं- तीसप्रकृतिक, उनतीसप्रकृतिक और पच्चीसप्रकृतिक ॥ ८४ ॥
