1. In the matter of knowledge-attainment (jnana-margana), the sāsādana-samyag-dṛṣṭi (right belief with partial realization) are the least among the mati-ajñāni (sensory-knowledge-possessing), śruta-ajñāni (scriptural-knowledge-possessing), and vibhaṅga-jñāni (analytical-knowledge-possessing) beings. 2. The mithyā-dṛṣṭi (wrong belief) of the mati-ajñāni and śruta-ajñāni are infinite times more, while that of the vibhaṅga-jñāni is innumerable times more. [217]
3. Among the ābhinibodhika-jñāni (intuitional-knowledge-possessing), śruta-jñāni (scriptural-knowledge-possessing), and avadhi-jñāni (clairvoyant-knowledge-possessing) beings, the upashāmaka (subsided) in the three stages of apūrva-karaṇa (new attainment) etc. are equal and few in number. [218]
4. In the mati-jñāni, śruta-jñāni, and avadhi-jñāni, the upashānta-kaṣāya-vītarāga-chadmastha (subsided passions, passionless, and with delusion) are the same as mentioned before. [219]
5. The kṣapaka (destructive) among them are innumerable times more than the upashānta-kaṣāya-vītarāga-chadmastha. [220]
