[222] In the Chakkhandagama, the Jiva-sthanas (states of living beings)
[1, 7, 42] In the Avagadaveda, the exposition of the states from Anivrittiprabhrti (non-cessation) up to Ayogikevali (non-yogic omniscient) is like a stream. || 42 ||
By the exposition of Kasayas (passions), the states from Mithyadrsti (false belief) up to Sukshamasampraraiyopasama (subsidence of subtle quasi-karma) and Sukshamasampraraiyakhava (destruction of subtle quasi-karma) in Krodhakasayi (wrathful), Manakasayi (proud), Mayakasayi (deceitful), and Lobhakasayi (greedy) are like a stream. || 43 ||
In Akasayi (non-passionate), the exposition of the four states is like a stream. || 44 ||
By the exposition of Jnanas (knowledges), the states of Mithyadrsti (false belief) and Sasanadsamyagdrsti (scriptural right belief) in Matijnanin (possessing sensory knowledge), Srutajnanin (possessing scriptural knowledge), and Vibhangajnanin (possessing analytical knowledge) are like a stream. || 45 ||
