Chakkhandagama
|| 62 || Due to wrong belief, he was born among the gods who had lived for ten thousand years. || 63 || Within a muhurta (moment), he attained all the Paryaptis (psychic powers) with all the Paryapti-s. || 64 || Within a muhurta, he attained right belief. || 65 || There, having observed the ten thousand years of right belief, he abandoned the remaining life and attained wrong belief. || 66 || Due to wrong belief, he was born among the gross earth-bodied living beings. || 67 || Within a muhurta, he attained all the Laghus (minor psychic powers) with all the Paryapti-s. || 68 || Within a muhurta, due to wrong belief, he was born among the subtle nigoda living beings. || 69 || In a period of time equal to a Palya-pramana, with innumerable divisions of time, he exhausted his Karmas and was reborn among the gross earth-bodied living beings. || 70 || Thus, without observing the eight stages of self-restraint and by overcoming the four passions, in a period of time equal to innumerable Palya-pramanas, he observed the stages of self-restraint, non-restraint, and right belief, and thus transmigrated, and in the last birth, he was born again among the former human beings. || 71 || Born by the process of leaving the womb and entering the womb, he lived for eight years. || 72 || He adopted the vow of self-restraint. || 73 || There, having observed the vow of self-restraint for a Koṭi of years, he abandoned the remaining life due to the exhaustion (of Karmas). || 74 || He attained the state of the last moment. || 75 || The knowledge-obscuring Karma of that person in the last moment was at the minimum level.
