________________ अनेकान्त 72/3, जुलाई-सितम्बर, 2019 Samayasara. The Ahimsa based on the system of philosophy became unexceptional Religion'. 39 Do I have the Right to harm any being or not - the alternates are or can be presented in this regard. It can be said as up to certain limit and extent I can curb the independence of other beings. But the independence is the birth right of every being and curbing it is out of my capacity-this situation there is no any sought of questioning. I cannot harm any being instead I can only blacken my Soul with the alternative of the affection, hatred, attachment etc. The practice of Non-violence is smooth when the concept of Ahimsa religion is understood through Tattva and Conduct. FOUNDATION FOR VOWS Non-Violence is the prime and prominent vow among all the vows. All the other vows are supporting elements for the practice of Ahimsa. Like Ahimsa all the other vows - Aparigraha, Acaurya, Satya and Brahmacarya are based on Tattva - Mimamsa. Neither stealing and consuming nor enjoying non-self Dravya is not my nature. Considering the non-self Dravya and non-self sentiments as mine or as the Soul is trespassing the Truth, from the Absolute point of view1. Acarya Kundakunda says that the Possession of Religion as well as objects also pacifies the sentiments of the Soul which is non-acceptable. The path of practicing all vows-Ahimsa, Satya, Acaurya etc. are enlightened by being stable or wandering within the self. The practice of independence involves renunciation of wishes. Because of wishes the person deeply involves into it and enjoys the objects and activities. The sentiment of independence helps in practicing Vows whereas the sentiments of non-self dependence help in non-practicing Vows. One who practices the vows without interest remains faultless and doubtless. This results in self dependency and bondage free life of that person.
