A traveller can go up to Shipki a large village, beyond that Tibet Territory under Emperor of China begins and no one is allowed to penetrate into it without permission.
The Jains should visit this holy Kelash during May, June and July. The climate is healthy and good. The holy mount Kelash is always covered with white snow.
