He further asked his hearers to meditate daily upon the virtues of loyalty, self-help and toleration in their public life, and he mentioned with approbation the names of Ratanji Virji, Tribhovandas Bhanji and Kuverji Anandji, who worked hard in raising subscriptions for the building as well as in its construction.
He then thanked the Jain community for the opportunity they had given him to serve them as he had been doing in the case of other similar communities.
Mr. Unwalla finally requested Mr. Kuvarji Anandji, one of the secretaries, to give a detailed report of the origin and able manner in which the scheme was brought to a successful issue.

His Highness was glad to find that the boarding-house was situated in a pleasant spot in the vicinity of the Jain holy temple, and trusted the Jain community would secure to the students living there religious and moral instruction.
The Maharajah further advised the community to secure a permanent fund for the maintenance of the boarding-house.
He concluded by wishing every success to the institution. After the usual distribution of pan-supari the proceedings terminated.”
