Singhi has reasonably suggested that "the supreme Government of India should appoint an authoritative and representative Commission of inquiry to investigate thoroughly into the whole question, and to report thereon dispassionately, on Judicial as well as Historical grounds. *

So the Jains look to the British Government for equity and justice.

Its rights are clear and guarranteed by many centuries. Meanwhile the Palitana Durbar claims to exercise sovereign authority over the holy Shatrunjaya Shatrunjaya and he risks, through an excess of his attitute to make it impossible for the Jains to visit their temples.
For the Jain Community is a peaceful, loyal and low-ablding one.
But justice does preserve sovereignty in the world, and the Jains have both equity and justice on their side, Therefore they have full confidence in the final decision of the British Government.

આકાંક્ષા.
અમૃત મેવા
રહ્યાં લેવા !–બિચારાં. ૧ કાગમ એ કાવર ? 1-બિચારાં. ૨ ર તુ એ રોપે નહીકે સારાં.
બિચારાં ! આશાનાં ખેડાં ! ઉઠતાં બેગનાંગણું ભણી હાં ! રૂપાના મહિ રાવણ માંહે ! હશે શું ? ઢાંશ કરી તૈયામાં આ, પ્રયાણ કરી અનિલ જંઝા વાત સાિ મતે વડ યાઢ એમ ૪ કારિણી ત્યાં કયું પે નિ અતિ લિંગ રાજી, ત્યાં થી અમિત બિામાં પબિડાં ! ક્યાં વિશષ ભીતિ ના પૂરની સામે એ તરવુ આશાનાં માર્યા પામર એ કરતાં સાહસ એવુ !-બિચારાં. ૪ નથી સહાનુભૂતિ, નથી સ્હાય ની પાશીયારી ! ઉડવાનું એવા એવા સ ંજોગે! સમજીને ઈશ યારી !–અિચારાં. ૫ નશ્વર જગ પણ અમર આશ છે જરાન શ્રદ્ધા ભગ્ન હૃદય ભલે થાય તેય પણ નવ પવ સીનેર, તા. ૧૧-૧૨-૨૬.
દુસ્કર કેવું !
