these jugglers. The art of jugglers known as Samjunath in Gujarat is famous all over India. He shows snake, Scorpio bringing out of the mouth.
One art of entertainment of Folk life is of disguising. There are approx. 52 costumes of these disguises. He exhibits costumes like Hanuman, Ardhnarishwar, Mahakali, Arab, Malan and during the days of Navrātri entertains through new costumes. (7) Art of Daubing & wall pictures :
This art is famous in many village areas of India. Prosperous exhibits of art of daubing have been preserved in Saurashtra and Kutch till today. Walls of home, verandah, grain grinder, grain storing vessels, kitchen, stoves, water place, windowsdoors, poles etc. are decorated with art of daubing. The pictures of peacock, parrot, deer, Krishna-Rādhā, Rām-Sitä, Shiv-Pārvati, serpent, Folk-Goddesses are painted over the walls with soil of white or coloured dust powder. This art is attained by rural women. This art flourishes during festivals and marriage celebrations. (8) Folk-embroidery :
There is variety of Folk-embroidery in India. It is one unique inheritance of civilization of Folk-culture. It is decoration of beauty for rural women. There is pure handicraft in dresses of men-women, children, decoration over doors, decoration of oxen-cart, decoration of horse, chakla, barsakhiyan, chitariyan, pillows etc. The Banni Embroidery of Kutch is incomparable. Its embroidery work, colour combination, subtleness and beauty is world renowned. Pearl work is also like giving honour to inheritance of civilization and art. (9) Rural Professions :
Folk life has become civilized through rural professions. Items of clay work like earthen pot, small round water pot, jug, ghad, moriyo, large round water pot, batak, dhumio, loti, jakro, bhambho, gujardo, kodiyān, tāvdi, tavo, kathro!, garvo, walia, thus a long list of exhibits of wooden craft can be made. Copper-Brass utensils, idols, engraving on stones, lathe turner, colour work, weaving work of patoļā of Patan are like world renowned art work of weaving work. Silk, kinkhab, muslin, perfume and fragrant elements, industries of murabbā and pickles make folklife artistic and interesting. Procedures and systems of Making folk culture and its inheritance prosperous :
Folk culture includes literature, art and arca of life. Ancient and latest history of human life requires to be invented. It is necessary to find out solutions and provide facilities to keep the Folk Culture and its inheritance lively and make prosperous, because if Folk Culture has to be lived, the art requires to be made lively and to keep the art lively, our artists and civilized atmosphere will have to be made prosperous.
