कि बाललीलाकलितो न बाल: पित्रोः पुरो जलपति निर्विकल्पः । तथा यथार्थ कथयामि नाथ निजाशय एकानुशयस्त्तवाग्रे ।। ३ ।। શું બાળકો મા-બાપ પાસે બાળકીડા નવ કરે, ને મુખમાંથી જેમ આવે તેમ શું નવ ઉચ્ચરે; તેમજ તમારી પાસ તારક! આજ ભેળા ભાવથી; જેવું બન્યું તેવું કહું તેમાં કશું ખોટું નથી. Does not a child make childish Activities before the parents? And speak words As they come out from the mouth, Oh God before you with simple devotion, what pas happened I tell you, Nothing but the truth.

दत न दान परिशीलित च न शालि शील न तपोऽभितप्त । शुभो न भावोऽप्यभवद्भवेऽ स्मिन् विभो मया भ्रांत महोमुधैव ।। ४ ।। મેં દાન તો દીધું નહિ ને શિયળ પણ પાળ્યું નહિ, તપથી દમી કાયા નહિ. શુભ ભાવ પણ ભાવે નહિ; એ ચાર ભેદે ઘર્મમાંથી કોઈ પણ પ્રભુ મેં નવ કર્યું, હારૂં ભ્રમણ ભવસાગરે નિષ્ફળ ગયું નિષ્ફળ ગયું. ૪ Charity was not given And celibacy was not observed The body was not dried with penance and No good motive was observed From the above mentioned Four religious principles I could not perform any one Oh God, I lost my voyage In the ocean of life.
