In 1994 she pioneered the founding of Women Investment Portfolio Holdings, Ms. Luhabe has been honored by the World Economic Forum as a Global Leader for Tomorrow, by the Sunday Times as one of the 20 most powerful women in South Africa and recently, as one of the 50 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World

For many years Rainmaker Management Consultants, which he currently heads, has assisted corporations and public sector institutions develop management systems and the skills necessary to transform them into high-performance, value driven institutions. He lectures at several university business schools and holds an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
