Bālā mandā kidda bala ya paņņă ya hāyaṇipavască Pabbhāramummuhi sayani nāmehi ya lakkhanehiṁ //
Sthānāṁga Bālā kidda ya mamdā ya balā ya paņņā ya hayaņi/ Pavamcă pabbhāră ya mummuhi sāyaṇi tahā. Daśavaikālika Niryukti Bālā kiddā maņdā bala ya pannā ya hāyani pavaca/ Pabbhāra mummuhi sayani ya dasamā u käladasă//

The point, I want to arrive at is that variations, to what ever extent are, not always the pointers of errors in gāthā metres. These may also be in accordance, with the metrical scheme of the Acaryas.
In the light of above discussion, we may say that the ascertaining of correct reading of Jaina texts 'is an intricate problem and multi-faced one but the metrical study of the texts and their adjustments in light of parallels is of prime importance.
It also proves that Jaina Acāryas were not negligent in their compositions, metrically or grammitically, as is generally assumed,
