(j) The Trust is maintaining a current account with Brahmachari
Wadi Trust. Permission of the Charity Commissioner should
be obtanined; (k) No alienation of the immovable properties is made contrary
to the provisions of the Sec. 36; (1) No money of the Public Trust has been invested contrary
to the provision of Section 35; (m) The land on which the building is erected is in the name
of the Honorary Secretary, Gujarat Vidya Sabha, Managing
Trustee, Brahmachari Wadi Trust; (n) Expenditure of Rs. 75,801--97 Ps. incurred on the objects
of the Trust includes Rs. 12,600/- being nominal value of
rent of the building belonging to the Trust; (o) No provision has been made for depreciation on Building
and Deadstock.
