Auditor's Report
We have examined the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ending 31st March, 1969, and the Balance Sheet as at the above date of Sheth B. J. Institute of Learning & Research, Ahmedabad, with the books of accounts and vouchers relating thereto and beg to report that : (a) Accounts are maintained regularly and in accordance with
the provisions of the Act and the Rules; (b) Receipts and disbursements are properly and correctly shown
in the accounts, The Cash Balance and Vouchers in the custody of the accountant on the date of the audit were in agreement with
the accounts; (d) All books, deeds, accounts, vouchers and other documents
or records required by us were produced before us: Inventory certified by the Director of the Institution, of the
movables of the trust has been maintained; (1) The accountant appeared before us and furnished the
necessary information required by us; (g) No property or funds of the trust are applied for any object
or purpose other than the object or purpose of the Trust; (h) Rs. 255/- remains outstanding since more than one year. (i) No tender was invited for repairs or construction as no
repairs or construction involving expenditure exceeding Rs. 5,00C!- was carried out during the year;
