4. According to DN. 2,4 कसरो अलम-बडल्लो It is not known in
the sense of थेरो 1.. वृद्धः or ब्रझा But Sk स्थोरिन (ABH. 1263) or fakat (MW.) means an ox. So ezt may bo a corruption of
योरी. 5. मओ नहरो is obscure. नहरो means inall and मओ means "deer',
'beast'. So it seems the text here is cotrapt. tems identified 1. d=gget old man'.
2. सीविआ सूई "needle'. 3. गोला=गाई cow'. 4. कसरो-थोरी 'ox', 'an ox of low breed'.

2. DN. 6, 80 • पूसो हाल-सुगेसु. कीलो कीरों (Sk. कीरः). 3. DN. 6, 18 gives परेवयंपादपतनम्. And as कीरो became कीलो 80
परेवय might have become पलेवय. But tho gloss सरिसृतम् 'passed', "gone Alternatively Ph. पलीविपदीसम, ज्वलितम् . Thus neither quite fits here. of. DN, 6, 112: मम्मी मल्लाणी मामा य मामीए. As the words माह,माउआ 'mother', and मामी 'maternal uncle's wite were secondarily used to mean friend (seo DN 6,147 and SH. 8-2-195), 80 मामी and its synonyms acquired the secondary sense of
