Dr. Dhaky had great love for languages also, he could read and write Sanskrit, Prakrit, Pali, Magadhi, Ardhamagadhi, Apabhramsa, English, French, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages, this helped him in deciphering inscriptions. His powerful observation and unique search style resulted in knowing more than 30 ancient temples of Solanki period situated in Gujrat-Saurashtra. His very minute and accurate reading is seen in any of his research work whether it may be on a cave temple or a stupa or a shrine architecture. He used to cover every aspect with a lot of scriptural and archaeological data therefore he was called 'Visvakarma of Indian Temples'.
He has worked on about 25000 temples as referred by Dr. Kumarpal Desai in his article in Gujarat Samachar dated 7th July 2016. Here Dr. Desai noted his keen interest besides temple research that he was good at shastriya music and written many articles on musicians and dancers. We pay tribute to this 'Great Visvakarma of Indian Temples'.
