११६. प्रश्न: किस गुणस्थान में कितनी प्रकृतियों की सत्ता होती है ?
उत्तर : नाना जीवों की अपेक्षा मिध्यादृष्टि गुणस्थान में १४८ की सत्ता है। सासादन में तीर्थंकर और आहारकद्वय की सत्ता न होने से १४५ को सत्ता है। मिश्र गुणस्थान मं तीर्थंकर प्रकृति की सत्ता न होने से १४७ की सत्ता है। चतुर्थ गुणस्थान में अनन्तानुबंधी सात प्रकृतियों की उपशम रूप सत्ता होने से १४८ की सत्ता है। पंचम् देशव्रत गुणस्थान में नरकायु की सत्ता न होने से १४५७ की सत्ता है। प्रमत्तविरत नामक षष्ठम् गुणस्थान में नरक और तिर्यच आयु की सत्ता न होने से १४६ की सत्ता है। इसी प्रकार अप्रमत्तविरत नामक सप्तम् गुणस्थान में भी १४६ की सत्ता है। चतुर्थ गुणस्थान से लेकर सप्तम् गुणस्थान तक क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि के अनंतानुबंधी आदि सात प्रकृतियों का अभाव होने से १४१ की सत्ता होती है। अष्टम् गुणस्थान में क्षपक श्रेणी वाले के उपर्युक्त सात प्रकृतियों के साथ नरक, तिर्यंच और देवायु का भी अभाव होता है । अतः १३८ की सत्ता है। अनिवृत्तिकरण नामक नवम् गुणस्थान के प्रारंभ में भी १३८ की सत्ता रहती है पश्चात्
