के किसी एक प्रदेश में मरण करके पुन: उस प्रदेश के समीपवर्ती दूसरे . प्रदेश में मरण करता है, पुनः उसके निकटवर्ती तीसरे प्रदेश में मरण करता है । इस प्रकार अगन्तर-अनन्तर प्रदेश में मरण करते हुए जब समस्त लोकाकाश के प्रदेशों में मरण कर लेता है तब उतने समय को
सूक्ष्म क्षेत्रपूगल परायते कहते हैं। सम्मक्षेत्र सागरोपम-दस कोटाकोटी सूक्ष्म क्षेत्र गल्पोपम का एक सूधमक्षेत्र
सागरोपम होता है। सक्ष्मान्य प्रगल परावर्त-जितने समय में समस्त परमाणओं को औदारिक
आदि सातो वर्गणाओ मे से किसी एक गंगा रूप से ब्रहण करके
छोड़ देता है। सूक्ष्मभावयुगल परावर्त--जितने समय में एक जीत्र अपने मरण के द्वारा
अनुमाग बंध के कारण भूत बषीयस्थानों को कम से स्पर्श कर लेता है। सूक्ष्मसंपराय गुणस्थान--जिसमें संपराय अर्थात् लोभ कषाय के सूक्ष्म खंडों का
ही उदय हो। सम्म राय संयम- क्रोधादि कषायों द्वारा संसार में परिभ्रमण होता है अत:,
उनको संपराय कहते है। जिस संयम में संपराय (कषाय का उदय)
सूक्ष्म (अतिस्वरूप) रहता है। सेवार्तसंहनन नामकर्म-जिस फर्म के उदय से हड्डियों की रचना में पर्कट बंध,
घेठन और कीलन न होकर दो ही हड्डियां आपस में जुड़ी हों। स्तिकसंक्रम- अनुदयवर्ती फर्म प्रकृतियों के दलिकों को सजातीय और तुल्य
स्थिलिवाली उदयवर्ती कर्गप्रकृतियों के रूप में बदलकर उनके दलिकों
के साथ भोग लेना। स्तोक-सास श्वासोच्छवास काल के समय प्रमाण को स्तोक कहते हैं। स्थाननि-जिस कर्म के उदय से जाग्रस अवस्था में सोचे हुए कार्य को निद्रा
वस्था में करने की मामथ्यं प्रकट हो जाए। अथवा जिस निद्रा के उदय से निद्रित अवस्था में विशेष बल प्रगट हो जाए । अथवा जिस निद्रा में दिन में चिन्तित अर्थ और साधन विषयक आकांक्षा का एकत्रीकरण
हो जाये । स्त्रोवेव-जिस कर्म के उदय से पुरुष के साथ रमण करने की इच्छा हो ।
