सूक्ष्मसंपराय गुणस्थान के अन्तिम समय में ज्ञानावरण की पांच, दर्शनावरण की धार, अन्तराय की पांच, यश:कीर्ति और उच्चगोत्र, इन सोलह प्रकृतियों का बंधविच्छेद तथा मोहनीय का उदय और सत्ता विच्छेद हो जाता है ।। __ इस प्रकार से मोहनीय की क्षपणा का क्रम बतलाने के बाद अब पूर्वोक्त अर्थ का संकलन करने के लिये आगे की गाथा कहते हैं
पुरिसं कोहे कोहं माणे माणं च छह इ मायाए । मायं च छुहई लोहे लोहं सुहम पि तो हणई ॥६४॥ __शम्दा-पुरिसं-पुरुषवेद को, कोहे-संध्यालन क्रोध में, कोहं-क्रोध को, मागे-संघलन मान में, माणं--मान को, और, छुहर-संक्रमित करता है, मायाए–संज्वलन माया में, मायं-माया को, ब-और, घुझा-संक्रमित करता है, लोहे--संज्वलन लोम में, लोह-लोम को, सुहम- सूक्ष्म, पि—मी, तो–उसके बाद, हणइक्षय करता है। ___गामा-पुरुषवेद को संज्वलन क्रोध में, क्रोध को संज्वलन मान में, मान को संज्वलन माया में, माया को संज्वलन लोभ में संक्रमित करता है, उसके बाद सूक्ष्म लोभ का भी स्वोदय से क्षय करता है। विशेषार्थ--गाया में संज्वलन क्रोध आदि चतुष्क के क्षय का कम बतलाया है।
इसके लिये सर्वप्रथम बतलाते हैं कि पुरुषवेद के बंध आदि का
