(4) अपूर्वकरण गुणस्थान
आठवें अपूर्वकरण गुणस्थान में बंध आदि स्थान इस प्रकार हैं'पुणगेग पउ' अर्थात पांच बंधस्थान, एक उदयस्थान और चार सत्तास्थानः । इनमें से पांच बंधस्थान २८, २९, ३०, ३१ और १ प्रकृतिक है । इनमें से प्रारम्भ के चार बंषस्थान तो सातवें अप्रमत्तसंयत गुणस्थान के समान जानना चाहिये, किन्तु जब देवगतिप्रायोग्य प्रकृतियों का बंधविच्छेद हो जाता है तब सिर्फ एक यश:की ति नाम का ही बध होता है, जिससे यहाँ १ प्रकृतिक बंधस्थान भी होता है।
यहाँ उदयस्थान एक ३० प्रकृतिक ही होता है। जिसके वनऋषभनाराच संहनन, छह संस्थान, सुस्वर-दुस्वर और दो विहायोगति के विकल्प से २४ भंग होते हैं | किन्तु कुछ आचार्यों के मत से उपशमणि की अपेक्षा अपूर्वकरण में केवल वज्रऋषभनाराच संहनन का उदय न होकर प्रारम्भ के तीन संहननों में से किसी एक का उदय होता है। अतः उनके मत से यहाँ पर ७२ भंग होते हैं। इसी प्रकार

(4) Apurvakaran Guna Sthan
In the eighth Apurvakaran Guna Sthan, the Bandha etc. Sthan are as follows: 'Punageg Pau', that is, five Bandha Sthan, one Udaya Sthan and four Satta Sthan. Of these, the five Bandha Sthan are 28, 29, 30, 31 and 1 Prakrutik. Of these, the first four Bandha Sthan should be known as the same as the seventh Aprammatasanyata Guna Sthan, but when the Bandha-Vicched of the Devagati-Prayogya Prakrutis takes place, then only one Yash:ki Ti named Bandha occurs, from which there is also 1 Prakrutik Bandha Sthan here.
