सप्ततिका प्रकरण

पाये जाते हैं जो तियंच पंचेन्द्रिय के मनुष्यों के देवों के द और नारकों का १ है । इस प्रकार कुल मिलाकर ६+६+८-|-१=२५ हैं ।
२५ और २७ प्रकृतिक उदयस्थान देव और नारकों तथा विक्रिया करने वाले तिर्यंच और मनुष्यों के जानना चाहिये । यहाँ जो २५ और २७ प्रकृतिक स्थानों का नारक और देवों को स्वामी बतलाया है सो यह नारक वेदक सम्यग्दृष्टि या क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि ही होता है और देव तीनों में से किसी भी सम्यग्दर्शन वाला होता है। चूर्णि में भी इसी प्रकार कहा है
पणवीस - सतबीसोबया बेबनेरइए विउब्बियतिरिथ मथुए य पडुच्च । नेरगो - वेगसम्म हिट्ठी देवो तिविहसम्मद्दिष्ट्टी वि ॥
अर्थात् अविरत सम्यग्दृष्टि गुणस्थान में २५ और २७ प्रकृतिक उदयस्थान देव, नारक और विक्रिया करने वाले तियंत्र और मनुष्यों के होता है। सो इनमें से ऐसा नारक या तो क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि होता है या वेदक सम्यष्टि, किन्तु देव के तीनों सम्यग्दर्शनों में से कोई एक होता है।
२६ प्रकृतिक उदयस्थान क्षायिक सम्यग्दृष्टि या वेदक सम्यग्दृष्टि तिथेच और मनुष्यों के होता है । औपशमिक सम्यग्दृष्टि जीव तिर्यच और मनुष्यों में उत्पन्न नहीं होता है। अतः यहाँ तीनों प्रकार के सम्यग्दृष्टि जीवों को नहीं कहा है । उसमें भी तियंचों के मोहनीय की २२ प्रकृतियों की सत्ता की अपेक्षा ही यहाँ वेदक सम्यक्त्व जानना चाहिये ।
